“Seems like the front of house staff doesnt enjoy working. Specifically talking about the people who take the orders. There is a negative attitude about a few of them and it's very obvious. They seem happy to have people leave and say the wait will be over an hour when the wait is only max 30 minutes just to see people leave. It is good to be busy or even slammed - maybe more staff is needed. If the attitude was better, people wouldn't leave feeling like they've bothered the staff. Food and coffee is still great most of the time, but you tend to feel apprehensive about ordering modifications or more ingredient coffees because the attitude is so prominent. Atmosphere is less inviting now that a few public facing people seem to be very entitled and rude.“

“We came at 1pm on valentines day expecting long wait times and possible hiccups. Absolutely not!!! Server was so sweet and everything was so fast! We were seated, served, ate and gone within 1 hour. Our food was perfect. We had ribeye, onion rings and a seafood platter split between the two of us and it was only $48!!!! Upon being seated our server brought us two complimentary cheesecakes. We will absolutely be back.“

“We had supper at Beef and Barrel tonight and our waiter was named Michael best ever. He has such a great disposition he was there for everything we needed. We enjoyed every minute of his company while waiting on us. let's see, on a scale of 1-10 I think I'll give him a 11. great job Michael thanks so much. And thank you Beef and Barrel for great food.“

“This is my wife and I's new favorite place in Crossville! Both times we have been the food and service have been great! We have tried the shrimp (both tempura and teriyaki) bento boxes and several of the sushi rolls, not to mention the mushroom and miso soups, squid salad, and gyoza. Everything has been great. I definitely recommend Tokyo to anyone in the area.“

“I have Celiac Disease and they were wonderful. Making sure everything was cooked so I didn’t get sick . Even had a delicious desert that was Gluten Free. Delicious food in a relaxing environment.“

“The staff was great. They were very friendly and polite. The amount of food we received was too much for one setting. The flavor was just right, not too salty, just delicious. I had the Mongolian beef. If I had it in Mongolia I'm sure it would be just like this. Perfect.“

“It was so hot in the restaurant when we were there last, the drinks were warm and you sweat sitting there. They have good food, but they need to fix the air conditioning, very uncomfortable to eat in.“
