Then I had the steak burger and he had the all American burger, great food. I have to add the server Laurie was great. She was friendly and very accommodating. Anything we asked for she got it right away. Took time to talk to us and a great server. We definitely found a new place to go to. Thank you so much. 10+ all the way around. “We brought our friends and family here yesterday (5/17) after our daughters Graduation from UT. group of 13. It was an hour and some change to be seated, which was fine. The location isn't really set up for big groups to sit together so we had two booths. The main point of the review is to highlight Jacob, our server. he was absolutely fantastic. We knew the wait for food would be a while, but he was so friendly and engaging with us we didn't really notice the time. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy. food was hot and fresh, drinks stayed full and he did all of it with a smile.”

“Kickback Jacks was amazing with great/ friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere. It was clean/ there was a ton of parking. The food was good & most of it was well seasoned. I definitely recommend if you're looking for a place with a large menu that has a variety of food & drinks.”

“I got the sweet and sour chicken with an order of steamed broccoli to cure a hangover and it was exactly what I needed - the food is wonderful, and the service was so nice. I ordered over the phone and came in to pick up my order, but I was still a little jealous of everyone enjoying the buffet inside because it looked great. You can also get a chapstick on your way out, which was a nice touch I haven’t seen anywhere else. HIGHLY recommend.🥰”

“My only complaint is that the biscuit i had for their breakfast bar was hard as a rock. They eventually brought out new biscuits and they were edible. They need a new way to keep those biscuits fresh. Everything else is great.”

“I was here on New Year’s Eve. Alone in the city, I wasn’t familiar with. I stopped in here to celebrate New Year’s Eve. Didn’t wanna sit alone in the hotel room. I loved every bit of this place. The bartenders are amazing, especially Jasmine. The DJ did a great job playing music kept the party fun. The owner was even behind the bar, making drinks and making sure he supported his staff every way he could. I ended up staying until closing time and then I couldn’t get a Lyft ride back to the hotel. I was waiting for a good half an hour I never got a response from Lyft for my ride request. When the owner heard about this He himself pulled his truck up and gave me a ride back to my hotel. If you are Ever in the area I highly suggest stopping in. They truly go above and beyond. Thank you guys again for a great experience.”

“My wife and I went to restaurant to get a salad on the 29th of December. The Kaneisha was taking our order. I ordered the salad bar and an Arnold Palmer. My ask about the specials. Kaneisha said rudely something about a fish sandwich. But she ordered salad bar and water with lemon. We went to the salad bar. The salad bar was bad at least eight items was empty. We got to table and had to ask for silverware. After we got our drinks we had to ask for straws. My wife got her water but no lemons. I got a lemonade not an Arnold Palmer. We had to ask for the lemons. She brought the lemons rudely like we was broughting her. After we ate our salads she came back I ask what my drink was. She said it was an Arnold Palmer. I said it was more like a lemonade. She slapped the check down on the table and said "there is that" and stormed away. We paid the bill with cash.”

“First time here for my wife, and I. The menu+ordering was easy. The staff was nice, patient, and the price wasn't terrible. Thw lobby was clean, but they had a lady still checking & sweeping to get extra clean which is respectable. The food is delicious also!”
