“Lovely super good great employee customer service“

“My husband and I just had lunch at Subs and Such. I got the cheesesteak and he got the Meatball sub. I want to say both sandwiches were delicious! They did not skimp on anything! My husband got the 12 inch and was struggling to eat it all. He is hard to please but this time he was very much pleased and waddled out the door he was so full! Next time I am trying the salad and soup bar, it looked amazing. Cashier was very friendly and suggested toppings and breads to us which was very helpful. We will be back soon!“

“Your manager at this store is the reason why you don't get a lot of business!

I come here to eat almost every day and get a veggie delight. Most of the time, I have great customer service experience, today however, I met the manager. Who apparently wants to limit the amount of vegetables that can be put on the sandwich. I like a lot of onions, and she wanted to only give me like 4 or five pieces for a footlong. I asked for more, and she informed me that she couldn't give me much more. I didn't ask for the whole onion, just a little extra past what should be on a footlong anyway.“

“This restaurant is the bomb diggity! The first thing I noticed was not the menu but how clean the restaurant is kept and a 100 Health Score. I have had every variety of chicken salad here and my nephew who is with me loves the place also. I eat here at least twice weekly. The employees here are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. If you like Chicken Salad this is the place you’ll love to come to.“
