“I’ve been eating here regularly for nearly the last ten years. Delicious food and great people!”

“My sister and I decided to stop on as it had been a long time since we had eaten there. We ordered the Zensation salad and she ordered the Cobb salad. Since the Philly Chicken Sandwich was new we decided to order and share it.

The line of customers was relatively short and our food was prepared promptly. My salad, the Zensation, wasn't very good. The fried chicken that was cut up on the salad was dry and tough and was less than the size of one chicken finger. My sister enjoyed her salad. I took the Philly Sandwich back to the counter as it was so salty it was as if someone opened a full salt shaker and poured the entire shaker on that sandwich. It actually burnt my tongue it was so salty. The manager just happened to be there and I explained the situation to her and she had the sandwich remade without the garlic salt but with butter instead.

The staff was great. The restaurant was clean. I probably won't go again but if I do, I will stay away from the fried chicken and go for the grilled and will definitely skip the Philly sandwich.”

“Food is always cold. Always. Like, not even warm to the touch. If I order something without onions, it has onions. If I ask for mustard, I either get no mustard and all of the mayo in the world, or all of the mustard in TN. No one wants that much condiment on a burger. The fries and tots are always cold, burnt and greasier than anything. I've been there 3 times in 3 years, always hoping it will be better next year. Here's to 2024. And no, I'm not giving it 2 stars like ot says. 0/5 stars. For some reason it auto-generates a rating.”

“The last 4 times I've came here. I have had to park in the waiting zone. It doesn't matter what I order. Extremely irritating considering the drive thru is for fast service.”

“We stopped by for the first time yesterday during the birthday bash and it was insane! But the workers were so nice and did so well handling it. I enjoyed my Cuban coffee my son liked his cake but the birthday cake coffee just wasn’t sweet enough for him or me honestly. But we will be back!”

“Jamie's is amazing for a multitude of reasons. From Jamie herself to the pastries she offers. I personally find myself sending my minnions to Jamie's while I man the store more often than not because she always has a delicios gluten free treat. She is on of the rare few in town that take that dietary restriction into account and makes a point to always have a little something (most of the time many little somethings). If you are locking for a great local spot gluten free or not make a point to stop at Jamie's!”

“Very casual laid back atmosphere. The love that goes into every cocktail is top notch. Don’t know of any other place to get cocktails like this in Cookeville.”

“A huge pie for the money so that's a plus. A little lacking on flavor. The sauce needs a punch. They need to work on the dining area...it's like an afterthought with a couple of tables and a small tv on the wall. Make it a place people want to actually want to go...think restaurant. There is a weird smell in there, but it could be coming from the huge pile of pizza boxes stacked behind the counter. I ate there one time. I the future, if there is one, I'll be taking the in a go box.”

“My sister, daughter and I stopped in this afternoon. I had the iced Irish Cream, my sister had the hot Captain Jack and my daughter had an iced Captain Jack. We bought half a dozen assorted macarons and split them. Everything was amazing and since we are all in college, we plan on studying there from time to time.”

“Ny daughter and I were craving Italian. We stumbled on this place. When you pull up, it doesn’t even look like a restaurant. It’s in an old Victorian house. Walking up we are very disappointed to read that it was reservations only. As we were walking away, the hostess opened the door and invited us in and made room for us to eat. It was one of the best meals and service we have ever had!”

“Best Mexican restaurant in Cookeville, hands down. The fajita quesadillas are incredible, with really tender slow roasted and marinated chicken in the chicken version, and delicious and juicy marinated shrimp in the shrimp version. The carnitas tacos are also AMAZING. Having tried Mexican cuisine everywhere from Houston, Texas to Cancun and Cozumel, I can confidently say this place is a shining example of authentic Mexican food.”
