The bad (which isn’t, in this case): the biscuit itself (per the title of the establishment) was ok. Though to be fair, if you call yourself biscuit love, you set expectations very high.

There is a trend that I have noticed in Nashville, of independent fast casual establishments providing near full-service restaurant service levels. It’s a perfect blend of “in and out” and “I need help” that’s hard to achieve. Kudos.

“Okay so not to be dramatic but I would eat the meal I just ordered every single day until it made me sick. I had the rusty, the hash brown casserole, and the dirty teddy. The rusty has all the ingredients of a classic breakfast sandwich but with a twist. It comes on a soft toasted bun, and the slight sweetness of the maple sausage perfectly offsets the savory. Get the hash brown casserole. Trust me. Just do it. I wish had gotten 12oz of it instead of 6. SO good. And the dirty teddy is absurdly unique. Puts most lattes I’ve had to shame. Bravo. The manager, at least I assume he was, had a nasty, dirty, white polo on. My food was OK, my wife's had hair in it. I ate all mine, she got a new plate, and only ate part. Good thing, as I have had an upset stomach all day and must stay close to the bathroom... went to pay up front, as our server appeared busy. Stated hard to pay cash as there is none in the register.
