“It's a small place and we had a long wait for brunch. We went across the street to Southern grist to wait it out. We loved the upon. It was like a Japanese carbonara. The egg salad took me back to 7/11 in Japan. We also enjoyed the tartare and katsu sando.“

“This fried chicken we got was next level DELICIOUS, from the breading, to the chicken seasoning, and that special sauce it came with. Yum!!! Highly recommended! The portion is large and priced reasonably. We found this place online and was skeptical at first since it’s not a traditional set up restaurant, turned out to be such a hidden gem! You can find many different restaurants in this food hall. We can’t wait to come back and try more food soon“

“I absolutely adore this restaurant! This was my first time here and Chloe gave me the GREATEST recommendations!! I started with the spicy korean wings & then tried the Atlantic Roll which I LOVED both! I thought the service was friendly and loved the atmosphere overall! “Wow wow wow! What a hidden gem! My fiancé & I had a perfect date night at Present Tense!! The food was amazing, the atmosphere is unmatched, and the service was fantastic.
We learned near the end of our dinner that one of the servers was sick, so the person who served us was actually the owner, Rick! He was phenomenal & extremely kind!

“My go to sushi spot in Nashville. I eat here whenever I’m in town. They changed their menu recently, and have added on some Korean offerings, my wife got the spicy ramen and I got sushi and Pork Tonkatsu with the seafood udon combo.

“Awesome Japanese fare in a cozy little place! The people are very nice, give large portion sizes, and the service is very fast. It's affordable and near Vandy campus as well which is a plus. They also recently expanded the menu, so there's lots of good selection.“

“We love Kirin sushi and hibachi. Owners are great and product is fresh. We eat there at least once a week. Let's make sure to support this place in Antioch so it will stay around for a longtime.“
