“The first shift cook must be an amazing person, to handle the volume of this store! I'd say they are worth a great deal to the folks who run the place and in my opinion, the cook deserves a raise .. and a parade, or a puppy.The first shift cook should be shown how much they mean to the company“

You go across the street first to scale in and get your samples taken of your load , you then park on scale go inside to scale in & check in after get off scale wait at parking lot for a few minutes to wait for samples to be good , after 5-10 minutes go inside get your bol copy & scale ticket , you then go stage like picture shown if no truck is there , if truck is already there just wait in the same parking lot you scaled in until truck backs up into a bay you then can go stage there if you’re next in line to get unloaded . once there , if bay is open just back up into which ever ones open , go drop off your samples inside fridge & just wait in your truck to get unloaded. After you’re done getting unloaded you go back to scale house to scale out empty , get your scale ticket inside & you ready to hit the road after!

This place is a little confusing at first but not a worry hope this helps y’all on what to do if first time here. Scale house staff super friendly and helpful!
