“I read multiple bad reviews about their service and how slow they are. I decided to take a chance anyways just to see for myself. I’m glad I did because I placed an order online and went to pick it up around the time they said it’d be ready (technically 2 minutes BEFORE they said it’d be ready), walked in, and it was ready and handed over. Fast and friendly. I don’t normally write reviews but thought I should share some positivity on this to help others decide if they want to give them a chance as well.“

“My family loves Milanos! Consistent, delicious food. Kind staff. Great service. It’s one of our favorites! The kids love it too. It’s perfect comfort food - like a hug. My favorite is the ziti with “pink sauce” - Alfredo & Red sauce mixed. 🔥 My husband loves the Calzones. And my kids are all about the spaghetti! 🍝“

Parking: Plenty of parking whether you choose in front of store or the extra parking a little farther from the store. About 6-10 steps will have you in the store.“

“My fiancé and I visited this location after looking for some place that was decent. After reading the reviews we decided on this location. Upon arriving the service for seating was very easy and pleasant. Waitress came immediately for drinks, service was amazing. I ordered the senior meal of Salisbury Steak with onions and gravy with mushrooms. It came with a salad bar and soup. The soup didn’t look to good so I passed. Heard it was cold too. My fiancé ordered the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy. Everything was good, highly recommended on both. My Salisbury Steak was well seasoned with great taste. I’ll order it again. Better than the Arlington Branch by far. Well done 👍🏾.“
