“I went to this location on March 4, 2023. It was a good way to end the day hanging out with a friend. I haven't been to TCBY in a long time, so it took me a little while to choose what I want. The lady at the counter was very patience with me and my friend. I decided to get the Banana Split with, Strawberries and Cream, Butter pecan, and Rainbow Creme Ice cream. For the toppings I had Nerds Candy, Sprinkles, and Butterfinger. All the flavors just blended really well together especially the Nerds Candy with the ice cream.“

“Our waiter, Caleb, was excellent. Very attentive, knowledgeable, and honestly one of the better waiters we’ve had in a while and we go to a lot of fine dining establishments.

The buttery tender filets are our go to meals.. perfectly seasoned, seared and cooked to temperature. I personally love the sweet mash as a side but they are all good. There are some new items on the menu, too. We tried the strawberry shortcake last night. The kindness of the hostesses, knowledge and care of the servers and the FOOD last night solidified are selection for Folk’s as our choice for a premier steakhouse dining experience.“

“I had to share my amazing experience. Today I order lunch for my staff online and made the mistake of clicking the pick up date as the next day. I didn’t realize until I arrived to pick up. I walked in and asked to speak to a manager in hopes that they would be able to accommodate my mistake. The manager Riley made my entire order and made sure I had all of the extras I needed. “I’ve used them regularly over the last few months for corporate catering, and the food is always exceptional quality. Humdingers has been a huge hit with the staff as it’s something different from chicken nuggets, sandwiches, or pizza. Jennifer, the catering manager, makes the order placement painless for me!“

“Tried a new one! This is my first time here so I went with the recommended CURRY RAMEN with the egg boiled instead of mixed in. I also got to try the FRIEND MANDUS with the HOUSE SOY SAUCE.

The soy sauce was such a winner that I asked for more just to put in my ramen and I took some home! The ramen was packed out and pretty good but I did have to season it up a little to my liking (hence the soy sauce).

The staff was attentive and the ambiance gave a “neighborhood” feel that real Memphians could appreciate. I’ll be back!“

“The food came out quickly, the salad had lots of salad dressing on it, brought extra breadsticks. The service slacked a bit after our meals were served. Ordered cheesecake for dessert to take back to the hotel and when we opened it to eat it later, it was just the cake, charged $10/each for cake! The meals were delicious, it was a little slack in service and the cake that dropped the review.“

“The food is always great here, no complaints with that. The lighting kind of bothered me however because it was way too bright in there. The ambience would be a little better if the lights were toned down a bit. But other than that I think it’s a great spot to grab a bite to eat with family and friends!“

“Had to write a review for this because they are so awesome for helping me with this favor! So on door dash for some reason the merry prankster isn't and option (not the stores fault it is what it is) but it's my absolute favorite so I decided to call the store and ask if they could help me out in ordering something similar and making it a merry prankster they went above and beyond with my request wrote a note to the pizza makers and made it happen for me. Super ecstatic to have a great crew to help me! 5 stars absolutely earned and deserved! (I'm writing this review not even 5 minutes after getting off the phone was just too cool not to give them some love!)“
