“This is not a large place, but there is a small setting area. Don't let that deter you, the food, staff and portions are awesome. Many fresh vegetables and delicious rice. We were traveling, and met some friends there. They live in the area and had never been there. They thanked us for finding them a new place.“

“Nabe is my top pick Japanese restaurant in town. Their sushi boat is delicious and big enough to share. Bento box is great too. Great choices and prices on the lunch menu. Mr and Mrs. Nabe are always on site. I have my own beautiful chopsticks there, too The setting is charming in an old house near the river. The sushi is always fresh and beautifully presented. Go soon.“

“This is authentic Japanese food. We had a very nice lunch. We had a sushi roll, which was very fresh. We each had a bento box. The portions were excellent, and the flavors were good. It’s just a casual restaurant, with good, real Japanese food. Staff was nice. Definitely will eat here every time we’re in Chattanooga.“
