Line to the door, line almost to the entrance of the parking lot for drive thru

I felt so bad he was working 100% alone in the dark empty building, chairs up on the tables, no cars in the lot, at 12:40am… we thought they closed early but he still had a fresh impossible whopper made perfectly for me in like 5 minutes. “I love this burger king.I use it often. I usually order lunch food at breakfast time and they always get it done fast. Things are hot and fresh. I order an ice coffee with extra light ice and it is always made to perfection! Staff is super friendly.“

“The lady running the drive through today with the locs is simply amazing! She is kind and thoughtful! Positive spirit and makes sure her customers have a delightful dining experience! She made sure my food was fresh even when I didn't ask her to. I've had the imperial tots 4 times and never once have I tasted the ranch in them until now! Just Devine! “I saw a TikTok last night of a man who hadn’t eaten at Burger King in 10 years and he showed his picture of his burger and the video of him eating it and he talked about how excellent it was. So I went to the East Brainerd Burger King today to try it for myself for the first time in probably 10 years. I got the number one combo and I rated a 10 out of 10 for the taste, quality, appearance, service, and atmosphere. Kimberly made it and delivered it to my table. It felt almost like fine dining! “Went through the drive-thru less than 20 minutes before closing time. This is the FIRST time in my 45 years that i have gotten food (or anything else) so close to closing time and received 1) fresh food
2) friendly service 3) exactly what I ordered without sighs or an attitude that gives off an impression that I am just being a nuisance. Great job closing shift! Keep up the great work!“

“This Burger 🍔 King 🤴 use to be a really great fast food place. Unfortunately they have allowed Managers in there who didn't care and hired workers who didn't care. I am sad about this because we don't have options here and this Burger King could have excelled to great heights here. It is sad that people have destroyed it's name and reputation. Hope they move another fast food place and are extremely careful who they put in there to manage it and hire people who are glad to be there. A fast food place could excel here due to all the factories and no other options. This Burger King has been here so many years and it is a shame that it got ruined“
