Forbidden City Restaurant provides a friendly atmosphere and affordable lunch prices. The food smells amazing, and the buffet selection features the largest variety of quality dishes seen at any Asian buffet in Tennessee, particularly with seafood and vegetable options. The spacious dining areas have a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The food selection is very good and most of the food is kept fresh and hot. The hibachi in the back is fresh and probably the best. They have a wide selection of Asian food as well as American dishes and a sushi bar. All the staff are attentive and the service is all the better for it. Love the hard ice cream for dessert as well. It is a large restaurant with plenty of seating and parking. If you want a buffet style restaurant, this is probably one of the better ones for price and selection.
