Jimmy John's used to be pretty good. Now this company rations every little thing down to the napkins, it's utterly ridiculous. Charging for every little thing. In the combo section, a pickle slice is considered a side...what the Hell?! This place is only good if you literally don't have any other options for lunch. Nearly $20 with tip when it's all said and done.
Around 12:30 on 6/01/2026 Walked in. There were 5 or 6 employees behind the counter. 1 cashier was taking orders at the front. I approached the counter and the cashier was chewing food the whole time. The cashier with the maroon curly hair. She never said a word to me. She had chip crumbs all over her mouth. It was weird. This location is beautiful but the employee is rude and doesn’t care he seems unhappy with our visit me and my family i will never go back to this place again
