“Literally the WORST experience of my life at ANY restaurant! I paid almost $18 for a meal and got home in 18 degree weather and did not have all my items I requested! I called and the lady manager whom was on staff at the moment got SO rude with me and simply had no COMPASSION NOR CARED! Refused me a FULL refund for making me come ALL the way back up there in 18 degree weather! I showed up and the district manager was EVEN WORSE! He was a YOUNG PUNK with NO heart or Compassion and did not even TRY to make me satisfied as an upset customer! He made the situation WORSE by ARGUING back, instead of trying to fix THEIR mistake and the bad situation they put me through. This completely ruined me for ANY Culvers! If this is how they are changing and how they treat people...They have lost my support! It's a ashame and I'm so disappointed! This store is heartless!“

That was good.

The Sandwich was sub par, the meat was not seasoned. I liked the Thousand Island with onions on it, but when you can’t taste that. It just taste like meat.

The Curly Fries wasn’t the best, I liked the way they tasted but you can taste the grease in them.

It’s 3 out of 5 for me, I want try the chicken next.“

“I have been eating at TTG since I was a little girl the service is AMAZING! The food is awesome, and they never disappoint. I have had an event there and it was very nice. If I just want to come in for a small lunch, I will be able to feel COMPLETLY comfortable! Everything is so very organized, and they have some pretty good customer service.“

They were all great but I would mostly recommend the first two. I got the country fried chicken for my entree and was very impressed by the flavor and quality, especially for the price (and it came with two sides and texas toast!) The free croissant was also delicious! Our server was Kaylyn and she was superb, above and beyond in all areas! She was on the next level with attentiveness and anticipating our needs, all while being incredibly friendly and personable. Truly an asset to the business! “My truck broke down last night (11/11/2024) from overheating. I tried to get it home just a few miles away but it just wouldn't make it. I pulled into the Waffle House at 1928 S Church St in Murfreesboro to let the engine cool down and figure out what I was going to do. Thankfully your staff on 2nd shift, Harleigh & Xavier said it would be fine to leave it at the restaurant until the tow truck was able to get it towed to the shop. They even held onto my keys to give to the tow truck driver when he got there so I wouldn't have to leave them in my unlocked vehicle. These two employees helped me out so much last night, I just wanted to bring their kindness to the attention of Waffle House itself and customers. Harleigh & Xavier thank you so much again for helping me out last night! Waffle House please do something to recognize these two!“

“Young guy from the Rutherford Store by the name “TaT” cooked my bacon extra crispy like I wanted and made my Texas toast sandwich hit the spot after my morning workout. Waitress was from Rutherford store filling in also and she was sweet. I struck up a convo with them and they about shat when I told them I was 46, they said I looked 32 so that made my day! Good young youth working and serving locally. Support our local businesses please if you can!!“

“I love Slim Chickens food....but after tonight, I'm a fan of their service as well! We placed a delivery order through the app. Our food showed up but the driver didn't even ring the bell. They dropped our food off on the sidewalk. We figured out it was there because our dog barked when they pulled out of the driveway. Our food was right....hot and fresh but the 3 dessert jars were missing...which shouldn't be an issue except they are fairly pricey (but totally worth it). I called the delivery persons phone and he said "no english" and hung up on me. I sent a text to him hoping that he was using Google translate and he came back to our house. My husband went to meet him in the drive and all he said was "that's all they gave me. call store". We called the store and the manager got on the phone. I explained the situation to him and he remembered putting the 3 jars with our order so he knew the driver had kept the desserts. He gave me a choice of a refund or he would send our desserts to us....no questions asked. Our desserts showed up 15 minutes later by a great driver (Emma) and all ended well. Great service and food by the Thompson Lane location!!!!!“

She recommended a great drink to compliment my excellent dinner and was so kind and patient with my kiddos. I will only ever ask for her! She was a complete darling! “We stopped in after the Edgar Allan Poe Speakeasy event and an excursion at The Velvet Room. The waitress did not bat an eye at our attire which tells me they have seen things. She was a wonderful waitress and had just started the week before! Definitely recommend. I had taken my kids and grandkids before and a server sang to our table randomly! Add in some entitled obnoxious customers, and it could have been a disaster, but despite the wait, the food was amazing and Gracie, the young woman running the front register is incredible. I would hire and recommend her for quite literally anything - she is a legend in the making. Kind, confident, well-spoken, and handled the few ridiculously rude customers with absolute grace and poise. Seriously, it’s rare to encounter someone able to handle these situations the way she did, and my husband and I were both choked up with emotion at how unfair some of the customers behaved and yet how resilient and kind she was. We will be back, and Gracie is a superstar.“
