“Food is always astounding here, not the cheapest place but you always get quality, it does get a bit loud but in the fall/spring it's nice to sit outside, the menu changes what I assume is seasonally but I always have something I enjoy.“

Easily the very best lunch and all of Franklin it is so fresh and the food is all perfectly cooked. And for those who care, I also like that, they do have nutrition facts on their website, which makes it helpful to choose Wise foods on certain days. I will be back multiple times.“

“BrickTop's Cool Springs has a wide range of really good food at affordable prices. The entire staff from the top down are all amazing. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and very welcoming. Some of my favorites dishes are the fish tacos, grilled shrimp tacos, and so many other dishes at BrickTop's. The avocado toast and the donuts that are only served for Sunday Brunch are a favorite as well.“

“We just celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary dinner on Friday evening. We were impressed from the moment we sat down at the table. Our main server was Demetrius and Bella was the one who cut our chops and explained about the chop as she did the cutting. Vernon was not our server yet stopped by a few times just to make sure all was well. Everyone who came to the table told us Happy Anniversary and to let them know if there is anything we needed. The food was delicious, ambiance was wonderful and the staff made our meal special to us. This was our first time and we will highly recommend to all our friends and we WILL be back😊“

“My family loves this little gem right in downtown Franklin. My husband is British and this is his go to place when he wants a taste of home - especially fish and chips (he says the tartar sauce seals the deal). We’ve sampled other staples like cottage pie and chicken tenders and everything has been lovely. The dining room is small and cozy so sometimes it’s a bit crowded (especially on trivia night) but we’ve rarely had a problem squeezing in. Waitstaff is friendly and the decor really sells the Irish pub atmosphere. I don’t usually order drinks beyond an occasional hard cider, but there are lots of offerings which I am sure are equally as good as the food.“

“After a day of soccer, we found Scout's down the street from the fields. It's located in a cute town square area with a pond, swings, and grassy area for kids to play. We had a large group of 9 and they seated us right away. We chose to sit on the patio to enjoy the warm afternoon sun and breeze. It's a dog-friendly spot, and our kids loved petting the other guests' dogs (asking for permission of course). The inside is cute as well, but it would have been a little crowded with our larger party. But I could imagine hanging out with friends at the bar or on a date night with my wife. Scout's has a large and diverse menu, so everyone was able to order something to their taste. My son had a smash burger and appetizer of fries, cheese curds, poutine and bacon, my daughter had chicken tenders and Mac N Cheese, I had pizza, and my wife ordered taquitos. They also have a full bar and several craft beers to choose from. I had the Good People IPA, which is one of my faves. The service was excellent. Our server, Lauren, was friendly and attentive. Grabbed empty plates quickly, refilled waters & sodas without asking, and was ready to bring us the next round at just the right time.“

“Sometimes the wings are good, but they are hit or miss! And when they miss your pissed off and want to go back up there for your hard earned money back! Getting clearly old wings because it’s .99 night is crazy and angering when you’re hungry and thinking you’ll get what you got before. “Have been to Longhorns many times, tonight we were very disappointed. My husband and I both ordered a 9oz filet and I will tell you we were not served filets. You know how filets are supposed to be melt in your mouth steaks. These were not. Didn’t complain my bad. Sad so wanted a good steak.“

“Merridee’s has been a part if our lives for decades! Currently the brownies, oatmeal cookies, and key lime pie are our favs. The staff is very kind. Our favorite employee is Stephen! He is always friendly, helpful and knows the menu. Also, he is knowledgeable about food allergies which is helpful for those with egg, gluten sensitivites.
We also love the historic location. The bakery is warm and inviting and homey feeling. And, you might run into dear friends!“

“The food was good. I highly recommend the turkey club. We were a party of four, two of us got it. The next night, we both wanted the turkey again, but they were out. I don’t know what the magic is, but I hope it’s on the menu next year when we’re back. Only downside was the long wait, either for a table or service; I think they were short handed.“
