“I ordered online Christmas Eve, went to their pick up window to get my food and it was brought out pretty fast by one of their employees.

I wasn't a huge fan of the pan fried dumplings and lo mein but everything else we ordered (teriyaki chicken, crab rangoons, pork with garlic sauce, and general tso chicken) was delicious! Portions were huge and we had plenty to eat for leftovers.“

“The chicken with garlic sauce wasn't very garlicky and the hot and sour soup tasted like mushroom soup.Other than that, everything else was delicious.The sweet and sour chicken was fried on point.The egg rolls were absolutely delicious and the sweet and sour sauce is good.The orange chicken was good as well.“

To review I ordered twiced cooked pork which was quite fatty, plain fried rice, egg roll, spring roll. it was very tasty. the value for money was not great. it was 12.39 for this order for one person. I read online to try certain sauces to dip eggroll in. they wanted 2.00 for sauce. I declined because that would make order 15.00. for one person. I'll be back when I hit the lottery.“

“The food was great as my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. We found the restaurant by accident and went in search of seafood until we saw the Asian section. I ordered the Hot and Spicy beef, it was the best I’ve ever had. However we will be returning because of Cece Manuela. The excellence she brought to our service was awesome. She was so kind, thoughtful and took great care to provide a great night for us!!!“

“I'd suggest ordering the old school way, in person or calling. Using the online ordering bumps the price up almost 25%. I order over the phone and the food is usually ready by the time I arrive 10 minutes later. Everything is delicious.“

“We ordered through GrubHub, all of our food we got was good! Unfortunately the GrubHub driver took some of our order, you could see where the bag had been stapled shut but had been ripped opened before we received it. The restaurant was great I just wish this GrubHub driver would have been more honest and trust worthy considering we tipped and they still took part of our food.“

“I’ve been here 5-6x and each time has been great. It’s clean the food always tastes fresh but today WE GOT A DOUBLE FORTUNE COOKIE IN A SINGLE WRAPPER. And they gave us 2 more. Couldn't wait for them to come to town, but Boy O Boy it's NOT like the one in Murfreesboro where I first had their food! My son & I fell in love with Panda Express at that point! It came to Clarksville & I thought Miracles Do Come True! Only I was WRONG! Food at times tasted scorched or like today didn't taste anything like it should of! I always get the White Rice & Orange Chicken Bowl, they told me they didn't have any White Rice & it would be at least an hour or so before they had any done! So I just got the Orange Chicken & an Egg Roll! Everyone working was Rude, No Apologies for the rice & No Friendliness At All! This is Definitely Not how any other Panda Express Employees act, no matter where we have stopped at one! On top of everything else, my Orange Chicken didn't taste like Orange Chicken at All! Can't even explain how it tasted & neither could my husband when he tasted it! Unfortunately, unless I go to Murfreesboro or some other town that has a Panda Express, I Won't be going back to this one again! I'm not the only one saying the same thing! Everyone was excited, but is now So Very Disappointed in this location! Really Sad, but until the Management makes Several Changes in Employee Training & getting someone who can cook the food as it is ment to be done, a lot of people will go elsewhere!“

“This review is for Christmas Day 2022: We ordered by phone and was told it would take 25-30 minutes for the order to be ready. Of course - they were slammed with orders that day. Perhaps everyone watched “A Christmas Story” and wanted “Chinese Turkey.” I waited in their entryway for about 30+ additional minutes with a lot of other people. It was a mad house. I saw many folks upset and who were given a longer waiting time - and many told them to cancel their order. I do not remember his name, but the long-haired guy working in the back was very professional. He asked me what I was waiting on and could not find my order. He took it again and said it was free since they lost it. When I received it - everything was as ordered. While I know it was frustrating for so many who were there, they were very professional and took good care of the people once they processed their order despite it taking so long. This display of professionalism is worthy of a 5- star rating. I will be back.“

“We got there 10 minutes before closing and they was all still very nice. Just minutes before closing on a Friday night to! They even asked if we didn't mind a little wait and they'd just go on and make us all fresh shrimp and chicken! They cooked those for us just a 5 minutes before locking those doors. How cool was that!!! Food was so good and we are definitely going back! And soon...“

“The food is obviously delicious, but what I wanna talk about is the good service. I just placed a big order there and was walking to my car to take it home and the bag ripped and my food went all over the parking lot. I went back inside worried I just dropped $55 worth of food on the ground and was gonna have to spend another $55 to feed my family tonight. I explained what happened to the manager and without hesitation he said I will take care of you, and he made all three meals again and handed them to me, this time, double bagged. We laughed about that and I thanked him and told him I would keep my hands underneath the bag this time. You just don’t get good, compassionate service like that anymore, & I really appreciate what he did for me tonight.“

“Delicious dumplings! Good size portions, Great prices, Polite owners. Wasnt crazy about the lo mein (nor the boxes in the corner all over.. don't know how that's allowed). But it's a Chinese food spot not a chick fil a so I'm not worried about the 'ambiance'. Also had the shrimp and garlic sauce & it was perfect.“
