Prices are reasonable, and the food was good-except for the chicken, which they always seem to overcook just a bit. But hey, that "white sauce" covers a multitude of sins!
This is a weekly go to for lunch. Food is always fresh and cooked to order and the price is great. The owner and staff are very friendly and always greet you with a smile. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

I have eaten at this restaurant more than 200 times, and no, that's not a joke. Hibatchi Express is like the Taco Bell of Hibatchi: good when you need it, and pure regret when you don't. Their new location is quite nice, but the new rice sucks. I don't go here very much anymore. Still, a good option for take out. I would much rather recommend Kumo or Tako Yaki here in Cleveland.
