I used to love this Panera, but twice now I’ve ordered a turkey sandwich and got home and there was no turkey on the sandwich, called the last time and was told I could come get a replacement. Fast forward to the day I went to get the replacement… this place has zero customer service skills and is so cheap they wouldn’t give me a bag of chips to go with the sandwich!
