Waffle House in Cleveland

“I want to thank Candee for her service and professionalism to provide us a positive experience.

However, Waffle House y'all need team building because the rest of the staff acted, other than a guy cook, horrible and unprofessional but on a silver lining we got a show with our meal.

We walked in and there were several booths needing busing so we just waited with another couple. It was busy from the snow but the staff was lackadaisical about cleaning up. Our soon-to-be waitress arrived, saw customers standing, and started to clean up a table without being even on the clock initially. She cleaned our table, gave us our drinks and set expectations on the cook time and tried to provide us a pleasant experience all while her should-have-been 'teammates' acted like caty highschool Mean Girls. Anyone paying attention to their surroundings would have easily seen it. How they treated her angered my husband and I but we tipped her extra well because if we were in her shoes we would have made a scene and quit.“

“This is a great place. They are always great every time me and my family stop in here on our way to Virginia.

Parking: Parking is out front and I'm sure depending upon the time of your visit depends on parking ava. However we've always been able to park even when we've had to wait to be seated .

Kid-friendliness: It's always nice calm and friendly and theirs a new digital juke box that can be synced to your phone so kids can listen to friendly music .“
