“My girlfriend and I go here ALL of the time. We absolutely LOVE the third shift employees. They are our favorites. The food is always amazing, especially compared to other waffle house locations. Go to this location and tip your servers well! They deserve it.“

“(New crew members are hired there now) Its cleaner & smells better in there. New management has truly brought this waffle house location from a 4 to a 8.5 in my book. Food was a bit slower than usual but thats typical when training new cooks. Bathrooms are neat and cleaned to pristine conditions. Food was hot and good.“

“It was a truly CHATTANOOGA & CHRISTIAN experience!!! I ordered a well done steak. J received a well done steak. I only received two packets of A1 sauce but that was my fault as I should have requested more. They do not sell Dipping Dots!“
“After being stuck at the KW Repair shop and wanting to go for a walk, i went to the waffle house where The two employees that worked on 9-8-25 in the morning/afternoon were fantastic. The cook made meals fast, fresh and hot. He even came to see if the food was up to par. Which it was. The waitress was outstanding and caring. Their customer service was out of this world. Thank you for the hospitality. Whenever I am in the area I will be stopping back by.“
“It’s Waffle House. But this one feels different. All the staff is friendly for real. Every one had a servant-steward attitude. I watched an older (from a different time kinda old) woman in a white suit heels and pearls. You know the kind in Tennessee with the salon done hair and intentional makeup (yeah I was shocked she was at Waffle House. Made me uncomfortable with my dirty scuffed boots and old coveralls) a waitress (not her station) was refilling the condiments thing. The lady asked for a to go box for her hash browns. The waitress (no clue what her name is) politely went and got it. When she set it on the table so the gentle-woman could utilize it — the gentle-woman motioned to her plate the unspoken “do it, do it”. I woulda slapped the lady. Not this Waffle House employee. She smiled took the plate and performed 5-star concierge service with genuinely hospitable conversation. Then returned to her work in her own area.
All the staff was equally wonderful.“
