“Food is consistently fresh and outstanding. From wait staff to management service is friendly and professional. But…. The food is next level. Chicken parm sandwich is next level. I don’t know if there is anywhere that has better fries. I come here every single week.“

“The chicken is good but the prices are ridiculous. I'm also not impressed they removed their cole slaw from the menu. I know it was a few years ago but I'm still not over it. LolAlso, I was informed recently you cannot ask for special requests. I can't eat a lot of salt and I asked for salt-free fries. I was told that was no longer an option. I've never encountered that at any fast restaurant ever so that definitely lowers the customer service rating.“

“Always so nice and very quick. The line can be wrapped around the building and you are still there less than 5 minutes. They make everything work like a well oiled machine. They are showing the it, obviously can be done so all the other fast food places that you get stuck at or told to "pull forward & we'll bring it out to you" need to take notes. 😉 Update for some points lol: (1-30-25), still my favorite fast food place,so friendly and always so fast which is worth it's weight in gold 😂😂😍“

“Order accuracy has failed to be correct the last two visits. First time, given the wrong drink. Frosted lemonade instead of frosted coffee. Second time, cashier did not enter correct condiments that were requested. Food was disappointing without them. Only posting to bring attention to a possible issue in service that can be easily corrected.“

“Ok guys I’m not even gone lie I don’t even eat kfc I don’t care what nobody says I’ll give them an outstanding job on the food I always go to the drive through and the max on the food I’ll be waiting is like 5 mins but it’s worth it literally fresh food every single time they chicken boxes are freaking AMAZING I’m black by the way ????? and ion even eat kfc but mane I’ll be back tonight n the next day n the next day?????????“

“All in all I enjoyed my lunch. The service was quick and very nice, the chicken was good as always, just a little dry but I always enjoy Zaxby's with the exception of the Oakridge location. Oakridge has horrible staff and management and food isn't prepared as well“

“Food was ok the chickens breader was over cooked and dark almost tasted burnt but when you got closer to the chicken the breader was like goop certain pieces of chicken were still slightly pink the fryer may be set too high or the oils old the biscuit was really soft buttery and savory mash potatoes were definitely mashed maybe not potatoes the lady working the Drivethru was very nice and patient
