The only draw backs would be when it gets busy parking gets a little chaotic and the gas pumps could use upgrades as they don’t take credit cards.”

This ain't exactly what we usually eat, and wanted to hone in on what we order for future visits. I'll just get the beef soup next time, but with extra beef. It was delicious. “Don’t let the location fool you — tucked in the back of Sitane Market & Deli sits one of the most authentic pho experiences I’ve had in a long time. The bowl arrived loaded with rice noodles, tender beef, meatballs, seafood, and fresh greens swimming in a rich, clear broth that clearly had some serious time put into it.
I paired with crispy egg rolls for an appetizer, and it was definitely the kind of meal that hits every note.

What really made it special was the atmosphere. The staff at Sitane were friendly, attentive, and genuinely engaged — I ended up having a great conversation about the NFL Draft between bites, which honestly made the whole experience feel more like eating at a friend’s place than a restaurant. That kind of warmth is rare and worth coming back for.

Stopped here on a whim and ordered three double Supersonic cheeseburgers with no lettuce or tomato. Drive-thru time was reasonable, and the person at the window was polite. Nothing out of the ordinary.

What stood out was when I got home and opened the bag. Everything was packed super neatly and you could tell someone actually took the time to do it right. Burgers were placed carefully, napkins were organized at the bottom, and the salt packets and mint were intentionally placed on top of the napkins.

It might sound small, but that setup was intentional, and that kind of attention to detail is pretty rare now. It definitely didn’t go unnoticed.

On the few times I do grab fast food, I’ll be coming back to this location. Appreciate it. Wish I got a picture of all three.”
