“Please train your order takers the difference between the veggie wrap and the other wraps every time I specifically order the southwest veggie wrap I still get one of the other 2 wraps with chicken on it. The price difference isn't that big but it does get frustrating having to check then wait while they fix it every single time. I get charged the higher price too for the chicken wraps according to the receipt so it's not the kitchen they're just filling the order they got it's always whoever I order with. At this point I'm thinking they have no idea there's a veggie wrap on the menu“

“This is a hidden jewel in Collierville. Run like a Mom and Pop do all food is made fresh. The wait is a bit longer but oh it is worth it. Just always remember to order on your app when you leave the house and you handle the wait issue. (You will slso pile up points). Best chicken around. My family even says beats Chick fila. The white meat tenders have that herb seasoned flour that can’t be beat. The manager always takes care of us like it’s his own business so get to know him. He is great. I can’t say enough about this food. For less than $10.00 each we always get the 3 large tender combo, we upsize the side for each person to share (we choose the mashed potatoes and gravy as well as cole slaw for the next person). The biscuit that comes with it is the most buttery. Flaky around. The only reason to not go is fear of addiction! You feel like you have had a home cooked meal every time you order. Thank me later!“

“I stand corrected on my review below, the egg was not in the description, however the chicken was and you have to pay extra for it to be included and I don't understand that if it is listed in the description..
Each time I've ordered (3), it's been from UE. The first time I got the chicken and grits bowl...the description tells everything that's supposed to be in the bowl including eggs and chicken but it seems you have to add the eggs and chicken at an additional price, so basically grits cheese and bacon bits, which wasn't added is around $14+/- with add-ons that's listed as part of the description an extra $7-$8... 🙄 The next order, I was able to finesse my way around the menu to get something close to the previous bowl at about the same price point but wayyyyy more food. I wasn't able to eat it all and found out the food doesn't have a good replay value... it's not gonna even be worth it to eat later on. The 3rd time I ordered a biscuit sandwich, they are huge and cheesy tater tots that were burnt! And, there was no way to request condiments so I had to search around the house for jelly. One time I did get the blueberry muffin and it's good. Overall, , the food is decent enough, but don't just give anything (burnt food) or omit (bacon pieces) items because it's an UE order. And, better pricing and description of what you're getting at a particular price point is needed.“

“Always fresh, hot, and delicious! The customer service is amazing. The Germantown Pkwy and Dexter location is always my go to. Even when I go to dine in, the dining area is clean and the customer service is no different! They also have curbside pickup spots available.“
