“I had to share my amazing experience. Today I order lunch for my staff online and made the mistake of clicking the pick up date as the next day. I didn’t realize until I arrived to pick up. I walked in and asked to speak to a manager in hopes that they would be able to accommodate my mistake. The manager Riley made my entire order and made sure I had all of the extras I needed. My keys were lost and when I tell you they were amazing in helping locate them after a hour of searching!!! They went through the trash, looked under the tables and even went to make sure my car was still outside. Customer service at its best! Guys thank you so very much. We are forever grateful!!“

“It’s really sad that this location is the only location in Memphis and the service and the food is awful!! My Mom ordered a burger that looked like it was prepared the day before and partially heated to serve yesterday. I sent my order back because someone from the kitchen staff took my food to the wrong table and then tried to bring it to me. It’s apparent that their staff isn’t properly trained; they should know which table to deliver the correct order to. I’ve been patronizing Raffertys for years; however, yesterday was my last dining experience with them. I spoke with a manager; however, her facial expression said, I really don’t care.“

“We just had our 50 Year reunion in their private dinning room - oh my goodness what a perfect night. Everything from start to finish was outstanding! From the ambiance to the excellent service and the food was delicious! We had 49 people and they are still raving about the whole experience! “Lunch at Amerigo's is always a pleasant experience. We try to go on Thursdays for the lunch special of Chicken Florentine. It is DELICIOUS! And the bread warm from the oven with the dipping oil is such a tasty way to begin the meal. I like the ambiance with the low lighting and the overall decorating. And the service from Natasha is aways over the top! We specifically ask for her each time we go. Can't wait to return soon!“

“Folk’s Folly is our family’s choice for group and small celebrations. The private rooms are ideal for larger groups. It is our #1 choice for birthday dinners. The buttery tender filets are our go to meals.. perfectly seasoned, seared and cooked to temperature. I personally love the sweet mash as a side but they are all good. There are some new items on the menu, too. We tried the strawberry shortcake last night. The kindness of the hostesses, knowledge and care of the servers and the FOOD last night solidified are selection for Folk’s as our choice for a premier steakhouse dining experience.“

We asked for guidance from Tim, he went above and beyond to assist us with our menu selections. He was patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. Great food, great staff, fast service, and Tim. “I ordered a Stromboli and got a calzone instead with the wrong items on it. Didn’t realize until I was back to my hotel! The calzone was delicious anyway!

I really enjoyed the Italian sausage that is sliced. The red sauce was great and not too sweet! I will return, next time getting my Stromboli.“

“The food came out quickly, the salad had lots of salad dressing on it, brought extra breadsticks. The service slacked a bit after our meals were served. Ordered cheesecake for dessert to take back to the hotel and when we opened it to eat it later, it was just the cake, charged $10/each for cake! The meals were delicious, it was a little slack in service and the cake that dropped the review.“

“Been coming here for years! Never really had any problems aside from young folks working alone in a dangerous city, sometimes disappearing for several tens of minutes into the back, leaving all customers alone. Really great set of workers when i’ve visited.Will be a Menchie’s Customer for life!“

“The food is always great here, no complaints with that. The lighting kind of bothered me however because it was way too bright in there. The ambience would be a little better if the lights were toned down a bit. But other than that I think it’s a great spot to grab a bite to eat with family and friends!“

So on door dash for some reason the merry prankster isn't and option (not the stores fault it is what it is) but it's my absolute favorite so I decided to call the store and ask if they could help me out in ordering something similar and making it a merry prankster they went above and beyond with my request wrote a note to the pizza makers and made it happen for me. Super ecstatic to have a great crew to help me! 5 stars absolutely earned and deserved! (I'm writing this review not even 5 minutes after getting off the phone was just too cool not to give them some love!)“
