My keys were lost and when I tell you they were amazing in helping locate them after a hour of searching!!! “I had to share my amazing experience. Today I order lunch for my staff online and made the mistake of clicking the pick up date as the next day. I didn’t realize until I arrived to pick up. I walked in and asked to speak to a manager in hopes that they would be able to accommodate my mistake. The manager Riley made my entire order and made sure I had all of the extras I needed. “It’s really sad that this location is the only location in Memphis and the service and the food is awful!! My Mom ordered a burger that looked like it was prepared the day before and partially heated to serve yesterday. I sent my order back because someone from the kitchen staff took my food to the wrong table and then tried to bring it to me. It’s apparent that their staff isn’t properly trained; they should know which table to deliver the correct order to. I’ve been patronizing Raffertys for years; however, yesterday was my last dining experience with them. I spoke with a manager; however, her facial expression said, I really don’t care.“

“We just had our 50 Year reunion in their private dinning room - oh my goodness what a perfect night. Everything from start to finish was outstanding! From the ambiance to the excellent service and the food was delicious! We had 49 people and they are still raving about the whole experience! “I had such an outstanding experience at Las Tortugas that I had to share a full review. From the moment I walked in, the warm greeting and colorful, inviting atmosphere made me feel instantly comfortable. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that every guest was having a great time. They checked in often enough to be helpful without ever making me feel rushed.

The highlight, without question, was the tacos. They were absolutely phenomenal—fresh, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor in every bite. You can tell the ingredients are high quality and prepared with real pride. The tortillas had that warm, soft, homemade feel, and each taco had a great balance of textures and toppings. The chips and salsa were just as impressive, with crispy chips and a salsa that tasted bright, fresh, and made in-house.

I also ordered a cold beer, and it paired perfectly with the meal. It was refreshing, crisp, and served at just the right temperature—simple, but exactly what I wanted to enjoy with great tacos. Everything about Las Tortugas feels thoughtful, clean, and well-run.

“Folk’s Folly is our family’s choice for group and small celebrations. The private rooms are ideal for larger groups. It is our #1 choice for birthday dinners. The buttery tender filets are our go to meals.. perfectly seasoned, seared and cooked to temperature. I personally love the sweet mash as a side but they are all good. There are some new items on the menu, too. We tried the strawberry shortcake last night. The kindness of the hostesses, knowledge and care of the servers and the FOOD last night solidified are selection for Folk’s as our choice for a premier steakhouse dining experience.“

“I ordered a Stromboli and got a calzone instead with the wrong items on it. Didn’t realize until I was back to my hotel! The calzone was delicious anyway!

I really enjoyed the Italian sausage that is sliced. The red sauce was great and not too sweet! I will return, next time getting my Stromboli.“

So on door dash for some reason the merry prankster isn't and option (not the stores fault it is what it is) but it's my absolute favorite so I decided to call the store and ask if they could help me out in ordering something similar and making it a merry prankster they went above and beyond with my request wrote a note to the pizza makers and made it happen for me. Super ecstatic to have a great crew to help me! 5 stars absolutely earned and deserved! “I went to this location on March 4, 2023. It was a good way to end the day hanging out with a friend. I haven't been to TCBY in a long time, so it took me a little while to choose what I want. The lady at the counter was very patience with me and my friend. I decided to get the Banana Split with, Strawberries and Cream, Butter pecan, and Rainbow Creme Ice cream. For the toppings I had Nerds Candy, Sprinkles, and Butterfinger. All the flavors just blended really well together especially the Nerds Candy with the ice cream.“

The ambience would be a little better if the lights were toned down a bit. But other than that I think it’s a great spot to grab a bite to eat with family and friends!“
