“The food is great every time I've gone. The portion sizes are large, I always leave filling full. The service is a bit off...they often have trouble refilling drinks. You also have to wait to get a table if you have a small party, as they want to fill up the table. Whenever I've gone, the place is dead empty. This could be due to the fact that their website is not listed correctly or the location [hard to get into] and maybe the interior. The interior is very lacking, don't go for the ambience. I go for the food and the price of the meal. It's good food for a good price, cheaper than Red Koi down the street: $7 chicken hibachi with miso soup, salad, veggies and fried rice - compared to Red Koi which is $13 hibachi chicken, salad, veggies, fried rice. and compared Redfish Asian Bistro down the street - Their hibachi chicken is $19. So overall, this place has best prices and portion sizes.“

“I’m a first timer to King Of Spuds and I am literally blown away. I tried the salmon spuds topped with spinach, broccoli, mushrooms, sautéed onions, green onions with a garlic butter sauce. The food is delicious! The portion size is well worth the price!

“Yall when I tell yall this was the BOMB!! ( they have a health score of 95) I came here for my first time today and I had originally saw them on a delivery service app and I figured I’d go in person. The lady at the register was so nice and calm and took my order like it was clockwork!
The food was SO good and the price will make you think you are dreaming! I was able to feed about 6 people with 32$ and that includes two plates of rice, one sushi roll, and a pack of egg rolls! The rice was fresh , you could tell they just made it and the seasoning they put on it is so good you don’t really need any soy sauce or duck sauce! The sushi was also very good and it tasted fresh! They put Tokyo grill to shame!! I’ll never go back to them even tho I was a regular! Go get yall some they got something for ya even if you are rich broke or po’ !“

I made a reservation but was still nervous that it wouldn’t work out especially because we made it quite late due to ceremony but they were very understanding and sat us immediately when we arrived ! “The plain facade on the front of the building holds a delicious surprise when you walk into the door. As you walk closer to the cash register the Amazing aromas come from the very talented cooks. Freshly cooked ingredients are made to order with care and time. The food had a delicate balance of flavors which can be tasted by taste buds. The prices are reasonable. The food was so hot and fresh and came out extremely quickly considering we ordered 5 different sushi rolls and an order of rangoon’s. Extra rangoon’s were included in my order which was a wonderful surprise. I would recommend dining in - the decor is so lovely and the big green door is fascinating. “BF took me here for the first time and now it'll be our new favorite spot.

I had the large egg drop soup and it was delicious. I also had the age tofu and they make it extra spe ial with the bonita flakes and furikake on top with a nice sauce with a little kick. I also had the cucumber salad. Nothing too special; however they julienne them instead of slicing, which i really enjoyed.
BF had the churashi special and he said it was great. He had miso soup, salad, and a generous portion of different sashimi with roe on top.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a great experience and we'll definitely be back. I highly recommend coming here.“

They took our order and I didn’t even have time to finish my roll and soup before the food came out. The service was great and the staff was very nice. We will definitely be returning.
