“It was a Friday night and they were slammed so didn't expect to get in and out quickly. Ordered the fried pickles as an appetizer and typical bar food appetizer quality. I ordered the pulled pork with macaroni salad and slaw as the sides. It was all spot on delicious. Five of five stars. My wife ordered the brisket with potato salad and slaw. The brisket was pretty much all fat and she couldn't even really eat it. Potato salad was good.“

I'm only sorry that it took me so long to try this place. 10/10 will definitely be back. P.S. Get the carrot cake, you will not regret it (well, your waist line might regret it a little lol).“

“I have been to eat here a few times and personally I think it's one of the better restaurants in this area and probably my favorite. I had been bragging on them to my sister and brother in law from Tullahoma. The came over for lunch today and said they were disappointed. She said she ordered a BLT and the bacon wasn't cooked enough for her. She likes crisp bacon. She said she took the bacon off the bread and placed it on a paper towel. She stopped her waitress telling her the bacon wasn't done enough for her and asked would she put it in the microwave. My sister said the waitress brought the bacon back and it was still undercooked so she just ate the bread to keep from complaining. I told her if she had asked for the manager the order would have been made right. I don't know the owners personally but I feel comfortable in saying they would have made it right. This business is top notch and does not want negative comments like this. I will go back in a heartbeat!!!“

Breakfast is served all day the lunch menu primarily consists of a "meat and three".Pictured is the All American Omelet which is a six egg omelette with every option they have thrown in it, served with grits and toast.Our waitress, Kelly, was wonderful. She kept our drinks filled and entertained us with some interesting conversation.The bathrooms were clean as was the entire restaurant which was decorated in classic country style.I will be returning.“

“The place may be uncomfortably small inside, but man, the food is delicious! We were in town sightseeing when we noticed it was lunch time. After a quick search on Google, this came up. Due to the great reviews, we decided to give it a shot. Thank goodness we did! Everything we ordered was beyond delicious!! The pretzel bites? Salty and crispy on the outside, yet soft and airy on the inside. Chicken tenders and chicken sandwich? Both cooked to perfection, and the breading was fantastic! The fries and homemade chips? The best i have had in such a long time! The food was so amazing we had to order some baked goods to go to know if it was just as wonderful. (They most definitely are).I really didn't know what to expect from the Blue Chair Cafe & Tavern, but you guys exceeded them. We found Greens View Grill on google and thought the food looked fresh! As soon as we arrived, we met Brent, who happened to be working the bar that day. He was full of incredible stories and recommendations, and his knack for customer service was as natural as it was amazing! “Oh my gosh. One of the best burgers and Brussel sprouts I've had! Sprouts were crispy and soft. Didn't need sauce on the burger. A bit salty for me but for most it's just right. The chicken and waffles had pepper infused honey! SPICY HONEY! Whoa. The chicken was crisp and juicy. I'm writing this and I'm not even done eating it!“
