I have not been to bojangles for 25 years & I only stopped because it was directly in front of Walmart (which I also rarely go to). I was expecting the worst, but didn't care because I was in a hurry. Not only was the drive-thru guy extremely nice, but the chicken was light and good. It wasn't greasy. I am in shock. It's a completely different restaurant. 3:15 pm on 11/20/25. Drive-thru guy has changed my mind about eating here.
It's like i walked into a closed bojangles. I walk in. There's no one anywhere. Stood there for 10 to 15 minutes and finally an employee walked out of the bathroom(with dry hands) and ignored me otw to the back of the restaurant. Glad i didn't get a chance to order, no way this happens at a managed restaurant. Bad service and unsanitary employees are all thats here if anything.

However, some customers have experienced issues with order accuracy and wait times, especially for larger meals like an eight piece with two sides. The lobby may not always be open, and sometimes the restaurant can be very hot if the A/C isn’t working properly, affecting the comfort of diners and staff working near hot french fries. Overall, Bojangles is a place with friendly faces, good food, and attentive service.
