“I mean, its Dunkin' donuts? but the staff at this dunkin donuts was fantastic. ⭐ I had ordered a iced coffee and the sweet young lady gave me a hot coffee, no big deal of course and she fixed it but WITH THE BEST ATTITUDE! The amazing attitude was what mattered. Both ladies working on Wednesday 1/22/2019 around 12:30 left me smiling the whole day! It is always awesome to see people enjoying life and their job! Happiness is contagious, and they both did a great job spreading it around, not just to me in the drive thru but the gentleman I saw them interacting with inside at the counter. ?“
“I LOVE DUNKIN COFFEE, BUT YOUR APP SUCKS! VERY USER UNFRIENDLY. HARD TO NAVIGATE AND YOUR EMPLOYEES CAN'T EVEN HELP. I WOULD SUGGEST THAT THE EMPLOYEES GET TRAINING ON 1. HOW TO ADD MONEY ONTO A CUSTOMERS DUNKIN APP WHEN USING CASH TO LOAD.2. HOW TO NAVIGATE YOUR APP TO BE ABLE TO HELP CUSTOMERS.AND FOR PETE'S SAKE LOWER YOUR PRICES. TOOOOO EXPENSIVE!“
