“Great, quick service. Staff is always friendly and patient, they never take long to make the drinks. Pastries are delicious as well. Yes, it's overpriced (hence 4 stars), but what else do you expect at a Starbucks? Overall pretty good place.“

“The guy on the speaker was condescending and rude. I simply asked if a Mcflurry could be substituted for a drink on a combo. A simple no would have been great, rather than a sarcastic and condescending "Uh no, Mcflurrys are desserts." I didn't ask if they were desserts. When I got up to the window I asked to speak to the "manager". (I use the term loosly) She stated the guy had autism and simply spoke in a very "matter of fact tone." Let me tell you he was not "matter of fact" in his tone. he said it in a way which came across as (are you stupid?) If it was just a matter of fact tone, why would I have felt so belittled? That's how his inflections were in his tone. As I was handing my debit card to the "manager" I simply said that maybe he's not the best choice to speak to people over the intercom. She proceeded to dismiss me by waving me off and tell me I could leave and shut the window. Never did I use vulgar language, raise my voice or was argumentative. There was no reason to deny me service. In my almost 50 years on this Earth, never have I been treated so rudley and dismissively for voicing my opinion on how I was treated thru the intercom.“

“We tried this for the first time today. The Lox Bagel reminded me of the ones I had back in Chicago-- authentic, perfectly prepared and delicious! The atmosphere reminded me of Chicago, NYC, and Newark bagel establishments I've visited, and the service was outstanding! My wife had the Chocolate Croissant and loved that, too! Prices are reasonable compared to what one would pay elsewhere for similar food. The Lox bagel, in particular, was only $7.99.“

“I love my Dutch Bros. location here in Oak Ridge TN. I love all our broistas, they're all so nice and very helpful if you need help choosing your drink. Dutch Bros is my favorite. Today was the doggie bandana give away. I tried the pumpkin caramel brule. I had it iced and it was delicious. I totally recommend Dutch Bros. they have more than just coffee.“

“We only used the drive through. I didn't observe if there was inside access or if this is just a drive through coffee shop.
The staff was very accommodating when my husband asked for a drink that wasn't on their menu. Coffee was flavorful and rich. Staff was kind and courteous.“

“I don't know why but this location has a different vibe from others I visited. Staff are not as friendly and energetic. Don't conversate and act like they're miserable. Most of the time I get to the window and have to hear about the gossip going around the staff. Apparently they all like to go and get drunk after work and leave the young ones to run the place on their own. Idk....just saying what I've heard. Last time I ordered my large mocha freeze, they gave it to me in a kids hot drink cup and told me it was a medium, since they were out of larges. Had to go somewhere else to verify they lied and have them remake it. Drink is usually right any other time. Only go here when I have to when working on the area.“

“I've been here a few times now. My main motivation was to buy some crochet items from their corner for local crafters. But the inside is beautiful. I now love just chilling with a coffee while I get some work done. I wish I lived closer so it made sense to be a frequent customer. The baristas have always been friendly and even when I stopped by 10 min before closing she still made my drink with a smile. This time I got a white mocha frappe and it is heaven in a cup. I cant believe how good this drink is. I will definitely be coming back“

“Disclaimer, I’m a pretty big coffee snob and only drink espresso based drinks. I don’t drink coffee drinks with flavors or sweeteners.

Stopped here on a Sunday afternoon to grab a cappuccino to go! (Which I normally prefer to sit and enjoy it when I visit a coffee shop). Thr atmosphere was great and I would have been more than happy to post up here for a few moments. In this area it was one of the only proper coffee shops that was open at 11am on a Sunday.

First, it was the correct sizes. My cap was 6 oz. If I visit a coffee shop and they ask me if I want a “small, medium or large cap”…. I’ll leave.

Second, The milk temp was on point, wasn’t napalm.

Third, The espresso was strong and flavorful, had its own unique flavor profile which was unlike anything I have had, but it was still super enjoyable and I’d absolutely come back here.

I travel all over for work and add good coffee places to my own bookmark list. This made the cut. Definitely will come back!“
