“Best run Starbucks in town. They are always friendly, the coffee is always good, and the drive through goes by super quick. I've had several nice conversations with different employees at the window and always am happy when I get a chance to go.“

“The guy on the speaker was condescending and rude. I simply asked if a Mcflurry could be substituted for a drink on a combo. A simple no would have been great, rather than a sarcastic and condescending "Uh no, Mcflurrys are desserts." I didn't ask if they were desserts. When I got up to the window I asked to speak to the "manager". (I use the term loosly) She stated the guy had autism and simply spoke in a very "matter of fact tone." Let me tell you he was not "matter of fact" in his tone. he said it in a way which came across as (are you stupid?) If it was just a matter of fact tone, why would I have felt so belittled? That's how his inflections were in his tone. As I was handing my debit card to the "manager" I simply said that maybe he's not the best choice to speak to people over the intercom. She proceeded to dismiss me by waving me off and tell me I could leave and shut the window. Never did I use vulgar language, raise my voice or was argumentative. There was no reason to deny me service. In my almost 50 years on this Earth, never have I been treated so rudley and dismissively for voicing my opinion on how I was treated thru the intercom.“

“We visited U Brew Coffee for the first time today and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Andrew, the owner, was incredibly friendly and made the entire process feel approachable and fun. He walked us through the pour-over process step by step and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, even for a beginner. U Brew has an impressive selection of high-quality coffees to choose from, along with excellent equipment and brewing options. You can tell Andrew really knows his craft and genuinely enjoys helping people learn and find what they like. The shop itself has a great vibe. Comfortable couches, plenty of tables, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. Overall, this was a fantastic first visit, and we’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommend checking it out if you enjoy great coffee and an inviting, welcoming experience.“

“The last times I’ve visited coffee shops around Knoxville, the experiences Jacobean great-drinks either overflow with too much coffee, milk, or creamer, or they’re just a bit off. That’s why I started going to Scooter’s , and every single time my Oreo Blender has been perfect. I usually swap out whole milk for almond milk at other places, but Scooter’s does such amazing job that I can enjoy it with whole milk and it still tastes fantastic. The customer service is always flawless, too!“

“So I was going to 7 Brew Coffee in Lenoir City. But had an unfortunate experience. Someone else left an experience and said they go to Dutch Brothers because it’s BETTER. I had to check it out. Very friendly and courteous staff. Plenty of space (it is larger than many other Starbucks coffee shops I have visited over the years), and parking is a breeze. Raj“

“My granddaughter brought me a drink when Covid was really bad on Mother’s Day of 2020 and that was when I first fell in love with Hey Bear. I’ve had so many wonderful family memories there with my grandkids and one son and daughter. They also make the best Boba tea that I’ve had in either Sevier or Knox County. I love that they have the swing for the kids and the outside entertainment and the fire pits and outside heat for when it’s cold.“

“This location is amazing! I was running super late for work and thought I put my coffee order and Lo and behold I did not! I put it in,

when I pulled in the parking lot. When I walked in they were working on a HUGE coffee order and I said can I cancel? I don’t have time to wait. The barista said no worries I’ll make it right now!

In less than 5 minutes the coffee was in my hand and I was walking out the door. Despite the huge order! They are always friendly attentive and polite!

The first time I visited, I got a huge cinnamon role, two apple fritters, and several tasty assortments of doughnuts that lasted a few days. “This Starbucks is in the Ingles grocery store on oak ridge highway. The workers are great always have a smile on their face.

Kid-friendliness: They always offer the children their own little drinks this place is nice.

UPDATE!!! I just want to add I picked up my drink the other day this is now my starbucks... the new lady made it a little different and I ask the manager if the recipe changed she assured me that it had not been changed and asked me if she could remake the drink for me. I ask her would she please do so, Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure it was made right and you all are doing a great job!

UPDATE: yes there was a long wait, a day ago but what you failed to state was the lady in starbucks was left along with no help and she was doing her best all by herself. I was there too, I say at least a drink was made for you that want to give bad reviews. she was doing everything she could to make sure we all could get what we ordered. I will not STOP coming here.“

“The best donuts around, especially the fritters and the blueberry and strawberry cake donuts. I do recommend calling and ordering a day in advance because they seem to sell out often.“

“We love Starbucks in Turkey Creek! We feel comfortable meeting here for our business - sometimes an hour, sometimes several hours. Yesterday, we sat outside and it was hot, but they do have umbrellas for shade. The restaurant is always clean and service is great!“
