“Best run Starbucks in town. They are always friendly, the coffee is always good, and the drive through goes by super quick. I've had several nice conversations with different employees at the window and always am happy when I get a chance to go.“

“The guy on the speaker was condescending and rude. I simply asked if a Mcflurry could be substituted for a drink on a combo. A simple no would have been great, rather than a sarcastic and condescending "Uh no, Mcflurrys are desserts." I didn't ask if they were desserts. When I got up to the window I asked to speak to the "manager". (I use the term loosly) She stated the guy had autism and simply spoke in a very "matter of fact tone." Let me tell you he was not "matter of fact" in his tone. he said it in a way which came across as (are you stupid?) If it was just a matter of fact tone, why would I have felt so belittled? That's how his inflections were in his tone. As I was handing my debit card to the "manager" I simply said that maybe he's not the best choice to speak to people over the intercom. She proceeded to dismiss me by waving me off and tell me I could leave and shut the window. Never did I use vulgar language, raise my voice or was argumentative. There was no reason to deny me service. In my almost 50 years on this Earth, never have I been treated so rudley and dismissively for voicing my opinion on how I was treated thru the intercom.“

“Is there a better review than Andrew and the amazing experience at the U Brew lounge had me sipping coffee when I'm someone who only drinks tea!! This is a must visit spot. Set aside your latte obsessions and come in to sip (or slurp) from the most intentional and sensory rich coffee experience you will ever have.“

“We tried this for the first time today. The Lox Bagel reminded me of the ones I had back in Chicago-- authentic, perfectly prepared and delicious! The atmosphere reminded me of Chicago, NYC, and Newark bagel establishments I've visited, and the service was outstanding! My wife had the Chocolate Croissant and loved that, too! Prices are reasonable compared to what one would pay elsewhere for similar food. The Lox bagel, in particular, was only $7.99.“

“Obsessed with Scooters coffee! I typically order either a large black hot coffee or large black hot Americano and have never been let down. The brew is fresh, hot, and served by friendly employees. The insulated cardboard cups are the best around- no need for a separate sleeve, and I've yet to experience a leak from the lid. Hands down, my favorite go-to for a quick coffee.“

“Amazingly delicious coffee and baked goods! We needed a hit of caffeine before continuing a long drive and happened in to Coffee and Chocolate in Market Square. Very cute spot, super nice barista who recommended a few other locally owned places to check out and the perfect iced americano to keep me awake in the car. “I've been here a few times now. My main motivation was to buy some crochet items from their corner for local crafters. But the inside is beautiful. I now love just chilling with a coffee while I get some work done. I wish I lived closer so it made sense to be a frequent customer. The baristas have always been friendly and even when I stopped by 10 min before closing she still made my drink with a smile. This time I got a white mocha frappe and it is heaven in a cup. I cant believe how good this drink is. I will definitely be coming back“

“Beaver Dough Joe in Karns is a total gem! Their donuts are next-level—fresh, fluffy, and packed with flavor. But what really makes this place special is the people. The team is always friendly, and you can tell they put real love into what they do. Ryan, the owner, is very friendly as well. Whether you’re grabbing a quick dozen or just stopping in for a coffee and a chat, it’s always a great experience. Hands down the best donuts in town—five stars all the way!

“My daughter was meeting some friends here. While I was there, I witnessed such a beautiful moment. One of the baristas was engaging with a gentleman with special needs who was in a wheelchair. She knew what drink he liked, his preferences, and was such a beautiful picture of kindness and service and she went above and beyond to extend hospitality to him. She was also an amazing example to the other Starbucks team members. What a wonderful leader she was!!! I was blown away! Well done Starbucks!“

“This location is amazing! I was running super late for work and thought I put my coffee order and Lo and behold I did not! I put it in,

when I pulled in the parking lot. When I walked in they were working on a HUGE coffee order and I said can I cancel? I don’t have time to wait. The barista said no worries I’ll make it right now!

In less than 5 minutes the coffee was in my hand and I was walking out the door. Despite the huge order! They are always friendly attentive and polite!

“I just moved here and the employees and the manager at this location made me feel very welcome . I enjoy Starbucks coffee and if you can have service with a smile and a great attitude that says a lot about you. I just had Katie make my iced pumpkin dirty cha with cold foam. So delicious! Well done, Katie! Keep being an awesome barista . As far as Aidan the manager goes he is absolutely amazing and truly cares about each customer. “I love this Dunkin! They are my favorite. I drive from Maryville to Knoxville every day for work and stop in at-least a couple of days a week. They are always so sweet! Everyone is friendly and my order is always correct. Today I got my coffee and had a nice note written on my cup it made my day.“

“The food is always outstanding. The Squawking Goat is never a bad choice, but their steak breakfast tacos are also incredible, as is the biscuit side with jam, and the smashed hash browns. Cute interior, family style seating, and it’s been easy to find a place to sit the last several times I went.“

“This was my first time visiting Honeybee Coffee Co! The industrial design and elements, such as the light fixtures, adds a cool and unique touch to the atmosphere.

I was especially impressed by the roastery room available for customers to view as beans are roasted in house! Unfortunately, when I arrived there were none roasting, but I’d love to come by again to watch the process. There was also an outdoor patio that I plan on checking out next time I visit.

Looking at the menu, although there were some seasonal options available, the overall selection was pretty limited. From the financial perspective of the company, I can understand there are probably multiple reasons why a limited menu is helpful. However, I would’ve loved to see more options for add-on’s such as syrups or a wider selection of alternative milks.

I ended up ordering an iced latte with brown sugar and macadamia nut milk. It was delicious! I will for sure be back to this shop when I’m in town.“
