“Great, quick service. Staff is always friendly and patient, they never take long to make the drinks. Pastries are delicious as well. Yes, it's overpriced (hence 4 stars), but what else do you expect at a Starbucks? Overall pretty good place.“

“Great location and great excellent beverages. The selection is top notch with items always in stock. All the employees are wonderful and make you feel welcome. I would suggest providing Cerena with a bit more customer service/interaction training, but other than that- a must visit in Farragut.“

“The guy on the speaker was condescending and rude. I simply asked if a Mcflurry could be substituted for a drink on a combo. A simple no would have been great, rather than a sarcastic and condescending "Uh no, Mcflurrys are desserts." I didn't ask if they were desserts. When I got up to the window I asked to speak to the "manager". (I use the term loosly) She stated the guy had autism and simply spoke in a very "matter of fact tone." Let me tell you he was not "matter of fact" in his tone. he said it in a way which came across as (are you stupid?) If it was just a matter of fact tone, why would I have felt so belittled? That's how his inflections were in his tone. As I was handing my debit card to the "manager" I simply said that maybe he's not the best choice to speak to people over the intercom. She proceeded to dismiss me by waving me off and tell me I could leave and shut the window. Never did I use vulgar language, raise my voice or was argumentative. There was no reason to deny me service. In my almost 50 years on this Earth, never have I been treated so rudley and dismissively for voicing my opinion on how I was treated thru the intercom.“

“I love my Dutch Bros. location here in Oak Ridge TN. I love all our broistas, they're all so nice and very helpful if you need help choosing your drink. Dutch Bros is my favorite. Today was the doggie bandana give away. I tried the pumpkin caramel brule. I had it iced and it was delicious. I totally recommend Dutch Bros. they have more than just coffee.“

“I love Scooter’s! It has become my favorite after church stop for amazingly delicious coffee. It is some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. I highly recommend their iced caramelicious latte and their peanut butter crunch blender. The best thing about Scooter’s though is their staff. “I don't know why but this location has a different vibe from others I visited. Staff are not as friendly and energetic. Don't conversate and act like they're miserable. Most of the time I get to the window and have to hear about the gossip going around the staff. Apparently they all like to go and get drunk after work and leave the young ones to run the place on their own. Idk....just saying what I've heard. Last time I ordered my large mocha freeze, they gave it to me in a kids hot drink cup and told me it was a medium, since they were out of larges. Had to go somewhere else to verify they lied and have them remake it. Drink is usually right any other time. Only go here when I have to when working on the area.“

We were greeted with a friendly smile and welcoming words at the service counter. Our drinks , coffee and chai tea , were yummy and hit the spot on this cold ,snowy morning 🙌🏻
Our surroundings were immaculately clean and the tables and seating areas spacious and comfy !

The drink menu and food offerings were plentiful with a wide range of taste options !
Definitely will return for another visit 😎

“The new remodel is not a typical Starbucks. It's not welcoming like it was for you to come in and sit and have coffee. There are no tables at all and not even a bathroom! The service and all the employees were really nice so at least they make it better. All the more reason why I have figured out how to make my own coffee(like Starbucks) at home 😞“

“The staff is always very kind and quick with my orders. A couple of things I would appreciate is including a couple napkins without having to ask and using the little wax/parchment sheets to fill a donut order and keep donuts from sticking to the inside of the bag. Maybe they're not used anymore, but should. Gloves aren't enough... so many other things are touched. One other thing, and I notice many drive-thrus have this issue... Why the exterior of the window and surround are not clean? Could be a once a week task. I rarely leave reviews, but thought worth mentioning.“

“I stopped at this Starbucks unfortunately LOL about 4 times a week.... They're consistent, the drive-thru is quick and most of the time they have those little side items like banana bread Etc.... Very rarely I get an item that's a little stale or dried up... I get a mocha and the coffee mix is pretty consistent.... And the staff is Pleasant.“
