“This restaurant is the bomb diggity! The first thing I noticed was not the menu but how clean the restaurant is kept and a 100 Health Score. I have had every variety of chicken salad here and my nephew who is with me loves the place also. I eat here at least twice weekly. The employees here are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. If you like Chicken Salad this is the place you’ll love to come to.“

“The Hardin Valley store has some really great people working there! There was a miscommunication about which sandwich I wanted and it was my fault for not checking before we left, but when I called them I was told to just bring it back down and they would make the correct sandwich. All of them were friendly and quick. My son loved the pizza meatball sub. But the large was TOO big for him. I think their Italian sub is phenomenal with the pepper sauce added to it. A large is definitely TWO meals for me! And you can never go wrong with the Freestyle machine in the dinning room, they're my favorite machines for drinks with MORE than just soda and tea.

“I stopped in McAllister's for a quick late lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The deli was super clean and gave a nice relaxing vibe. The lady at the counter was friendly and helpful. I chose the Angus Baked Potato. It arrived at my table in a short amount of time, it was hot and looked great. My potatoe was loaded with Angus beef, red onions, and cheese. It was delicious.

“Went in on a Monday 8/5/24 around 4:50pm. The employee working did a fantastic job. Very professional, nice and patient. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and her job. I'm not usually a fan of Subway, but she ensured I would be back to this location. Thank you!“

“I had a worker named Shane mess up my order. I ordered chips and salsa and received chips with ketchup. Consider my disappointment immeasurable. Management needs to make sure its employees are trained and equipped with the tools to better server their customers.“

“It's always a pleasure visiting this location. We come in, the staff always has a good attitude, service with a smile. This place has been consistently providing such great services each and every time we have visited. The food is prepared with care, the inside of the shop always kept clean, tables wiped down, and a clean work station. Not to mention how freaky fast our sandwiches were made! They even have vegetarian and vegan options. Keep up the great work Jimmy John's !

Apparently another coworker called in sick, but not sure why a manager or someone else didn’t come in to help him out. Jordan is handling the large crowd very professionally and really should be paid much more since he is handling all online orders, making sandwiches/salads and running the register!Subway is definitely getting their monies worth with Jordan as he is an exceptional worker… hoping he gets a raise very soon! “This may be the best Subway franchise I've ever patronized. Personally I've always loved Subway sandwiches. However in lots of markets the service has been abysmal. Franchisees that were pushing to drive costs down and instead they drove down the business.

This place is different... I've actually spoken with employees who say 'yes, our boss invests in US.'

I asked if I needed to go through the drive thru to get service and the girl said no someone will be with you soon. I watched 6 cars go through the drive thru that came up after I had already been standing there. Complete disregard for customer service. That alone makes me not want to eat there again. Oh and the tomatoes were old and mushy.“
