“This restaurant is the bomb diggity! The first thing I noticed was not the menu but how clean the restaurant is kept and a 100 Health Score. I have had every variety of chicken salad here and my nephew who is with me loves the place also. I eat here at least twice weekly. The employees here are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. If you like Chicken Salad this is the place you’ll love to come to.“

“It's always a pleasure visiting this location. We come in, the staff always has a good attitude, service with a smile. This place has been consistently providing such great services each and every time we have visited. The food is prepared with care, the inside of the shop always kept clean, tables wiped down, and a clean work station. Not to mention how freaky fast our sandwiches were made! They even have vegetarian and vegan options. Keep up the great work Jimmy John's !

“This may be the best Subway franchise I've ever patronized. Personally I've always loved Subway sandwiches. However in lots of markets the service has been abysmal. Franchisees that were pushing to drive costs down and instead they drove down the business.

This place is different... I've actually spoken with employees who say 'yes, our boss invests in US.'

“Eating here now and Jordan is the ONLY employee working which is totally unfair to him. Apparently another coworker called in sick, but not sure why a manager or someone else didn’t come in to help him out. Jordan is handling the large crowd very professionally and really should be paid much more since he is handling all online orders, making sandwiches/salads and running the register!Subway is definitely getting their monies worth with Jordan as he is an exceptional worker… hoping he gets a raise very soon! “I went inside to eat and even though I was the only customer inside I stood there for almost 10 mins while i watched 7 employees look at me and just ignore me. I asked if I needed to go through the drive thru to get service and the girl said no someone will be with you soon. I watched 6 cars go through the drive thru that came up after I had already been standing there. Complete disregard for customer service. That alone makes me not want to eat there again. Oh and the tomatoes were old and mushy.“

Parking: The last subway we went to was in a strip mall with plenty of parking available. Parking has never been a problem at any Subways we've been.“

Jackson, Simba, and Jaden are a few employees that I have noticed do a great job consistently. All the employees work extra hard, but those 3 are the friendliest and most knowledgeable it seems. “I had a worker named Shane mess up my order. I ordered chips and salsa and received chips with ketchup. Consider my disappointment immeasurable. Management needs to make sure its employees are trained and equipped with the tools to better server their customers.“

“My friend and I went to the Subway on Lovell Ave (DO NOT GO) and the person working there took 20 minutes to make our food, asking what we wanted on them at least 6 times, and had dirt caked on his hands and fingernails. There was dirt on our cups and bags, and we were extremely disgusted. We had no idea what to do because we knew he wasn’t going to be helpful. I’m pretty sure he was in another world lol.
So we drove to this location. Noah helped us out. We explained the situation and he immediately remade our sandwiches free of charge. He was super nice, chatting with us and the sandwiches were perfect. We can’t thank him enough after the stressful situation at the other location. “Excellent philly! Will definitely go back. The two of us split a regular size Bacon 3 Cheese Philly combo to save a few bucks but it was absolutely delicious and worth it. We'll splurge and get two sandwiches and try the cheese fries next time!“
