“While the dining room was full, we enjoyed our delicious lunch in such a delightfully pleasant atmosphere!I highly recommend the chicken soup & salad. My daughter's favorite is the chicken salad with bacon.

“Love this place. Come here often and the waitstaff and bartenders are efficient and personable. Bailey and Kailey are amazing and I will be bringing clients by just for the attentive service. Kitchen seemed a little backed up so food took awhile. However my drink never got below a quarter full“

“We had a large party with us. Our server was wonderful I believe his name was Travis. He was fabulous. I’ve never been taken such good care of. This was at the Lenoir City, Tn Cracker Barrel. Warm friendly people that work there.“

“We have been here twice. The first time we went earlier in the day and everything was fresh and delicious. Yesterday, we went around 10 and the biscuits were not fresh... Like they had been sitting under a warmer for an hour. Crunchy and stale. The flavor is great but the stale biscuits ruined it.“

“Bojangles has great food — flavorful chicken and solid sides — but the automated drive-thru ordering is frustrating. If you want anything even slightly customized, the system makes it unnecessarily difficult. Literally reminds me of calling a business only to find an automated call service that never has the option I need! Unnecessary and impersonal.
I wish there were an easier option to speak to a real person. The food is the highlight; the drive-thru needs mega work.

“This restaurant is the bomb diggity! The first thing I noticed was not the menu but how clean the restaurant is kept and a 100 Health Score. I have had every variety of chicken salad here and my nephew who is with me loves the place also. I eat here at least twice weekly. The employees here are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. If you like Chicken Salad this is the place you’ll love to come to.“

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the warm, welcoming atmosphere and attentive service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of.
The food was nothing short of exceptional—each dish was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The New York Steak was a standout, and the dessert was the perfect finish to an already perfect meal.
You can tell the team here truly cares about the details, from the ambiance to the plating to the timing of each course. It’s rare to find a place that nails every aspect of the dining experience, but this restaurant does just that.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable meal. We’ll definitely be back!“

“My mother and I both had the Wednesday daily special, which was the broccoli cheddar chicken. It was delicious! I had mine with a side salad and Mac & cheese and her sides were sweet carrots and cooked apples. We were both very pleased with our meals. Exactly and prompt service. We will definitely be returning to this store on Campbell Station Rd, Knoxville, TN.“
