“My Home style chicken was terrible. It didn’t taste like the home style I have gotten before and it’s one of my favorites. I didn’t eat hardly any of it. I was disappointed and wished I have just ordered a vegetable plate. The green beans are terrible also I think they’re cooking them a different way. I was so disappointed and I’m a fan of Cracker Barrel but may choose to go to a different restaurant next time we go out to eat.“

“I came by with a discount card that I clearly hadn’t read to see what was offered in the discount. The card read one free chick meal with a Purchase of atrio. I of course read that as two trios. They made it right and were very friendly and doing so. I will be back for sure! But that was totally my mistake.“

“We’ve been to Walnut Kitchen for dinner three times in 3 months and numerous times for lunch. Every meal we’ve had has been absolutely delicious from starters to desserts. Don’t miss out on this gem, with a team that truly cares for your complete satisfaction.“

“We celebrated my daughter’s birthday in this place, we took an ice cream cake which we asked for a favor to be placed in the freezer and they made the mistake of placing it only in the refrigerator in which it melted, we were disappointed when sharing it with our guests. Fortunately, the manager was kind to apologize for the host’s mistake and bought us with slices of cake from the same restaurant.“

“Clinton.Tn Went though the drive thru and bought brisket dinner and a brisket sandwich. The brisket was like wallet leather dry and the fries were stale and cold I took it inside and the crew today was so respectful and thoughtful. They apologized and made fresh fries and the just had fresh brisket come out. I will def. Retired because of the customer service I experienced. However, ensuring food meets quality before being served should be more focused on.“

“This restaurant is the bomb diggity! The first thing I noticed was not the menu but how clean the restaurant is kept and a 100 Health Score. I have had every variety of chicken salad here and my nephew who is with me loves the place also. I eat here at least twice weekly. The employees here are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. If you like Chicken Salad this is the place you’ll love to come to.“

“Our dinner was excellent!!! There was 7 of us for a birthday dinner. Our serv ice was amazing. Lauren D too super care of. She kept Our drinks full, food came out in a hurry. She took care of us.“

“Cheddars does well. Leah was our server and she was fantastic. Kind, patient, and got our order correct. Something we all know can be a challenge when dining out.
Even as two elderly ladies behind us have her a hard time, she held her poise, kept her cool, and quelled the situation.
So why 2 stars for the food and atmosphere? Well, the food here is just okay. There’s nothing special about it, and it’s priced accordingly.
The atmosphere is hit or miss. Sometimes you get sat in a wide open space, and the massive fish tank is a nice touch. Tables like “Table 1”, however, are less awesome. A little hole of a table with a main lane on one side, and right in front of the kitchen. VERY BUSY! Not a very peaceful atmosphere to dine in.
I never see anyone eating on their back patio for some reason. The bar doesn’t get busy EVER. And new faces are seen here constantly, indicating high turnover and poor management.
The hostess and person that seats you are not awesome. They don’t smile, speak to you as they seat you, or even say anything to you after you sit down. They just walk away like “whatever.”
Someone with some dining knowledge and management skills should take over here. It has potential, but it’s obvious that management has no presence or skill in professional development.“
