“It’s a Burger King…nothing fancy, my only complaint though is how beyond infuriating the drive thru is. This place can’t seem to managing taking different orders and sending out different orders at the same time. The line for the order speaker will be backed up and then there is no cars at all till the pickup window, you pull up and they ask you to wait a moment, and then you can see them taking the card and giving the food to the car in front of you up at the food window and when that car pulls off then they come back to you and say go ahead with your order. if this place could get there drive thru figured out to take orders AND give out orders at the same time it would be so much faster and people wouldn’t avoid it like they do when they see the line“

“I have been visiting rather regularly for quite a while now, and Arapaap has quite literally never disappointed. Not once! The always have friendly service, and the food is beyond impressive! The obvious highlights are their many creative and delicious musubi, but the options don't stop there. I have quickly fell head over heels for their made to order onigiri, their Kimchi Rice Balls, Takoyaki, even their assorted Ube flavored desserts. I will ALWAYS recommend this restaurant to literally anyone in the Clarksville area. It's no exaggeration to say they are my favorite restaurant in town.“

“I am giving this review for the restaurant in general but it is directed mostly to one direct employee. From the time I arrived until after I ate, I watched this ONE employee run a one woman show. She was taking orders, car hopping, and running drive thru all by herself. All of this was done while maintaining a smile on her face, a pleasant tone, and not one time did she seem as if she couldn't handle it. She had great customer service and wonderful hospitality. This woman truly deserves a raise!!! This woman's name is DIANE. Shout-out to you Diane!!! I'm sorry you had to work by yourself but hey...JOB WELL DONE!!! You're the BEST!!!“

“I’m a big fan of JM anyway, but the actions of the GM today went above and beyond any prior experience I’d ever had. She made it her duty to ensure that my lunch was fantastic after I’d had a less-than-stellar experience elsewhere. She and her team run a clean, efficient, friendly restaurant and I’d recommend this particular restaurant to anyone.“

“Lets me make this clear, I am not a fake reviewer; I have been eating at these places. It was breakfast at 6:59am, I go through the drive through to pick up my chicken minis, when all of a sudden I saw chickens crossing the road to Chick-fil-A, and after that, this is all I heard, “Backakdhdjdhsidvdid.” I was so scared I pulled up immediately to the checkout and demanded my food. When I took the food the worker looked at me and said, “ That’s what we’re going to do” When he said this he pulled out a doll and threw it in lava. When I looked behind me I saw a wall of flesh (unrelated to the wall of flesh) chasing me. I sped up so fast I was going 500 in a school zone. But when I ate the food it was good I guess so I will go back again.“

That being said, Daniel was a 1 man bagging, order sorting, order giving man on a mission!
What seemed to be a total morning of mass confusion and chaos he rose above and beyond to get the train back on the tracks!“

“I was highly disappointed to discover there are no highchair. We had a set of 10 month twins and nowhere for them to sit. We had to try to eat sandwiches with 1 hand and holding a baby. Crazy being 2024, with all our fancy technology, and no highchair.“

“I had never tried Sonic before, but I finally had a chili dog, and it was well worth it. I also want to mention that the Red Bull drinks are quite nice. “Haven’t had Pizza Hut in awhile so decided to order for dinner but the girl who took are order was not in the mood to ( or so it’s sounded) to be at work I had to repeat my address 3 times and I even asked if she could hear me then had to repeat my order to her 3 times just have to wrong pizza delivered to my house!! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Jimmy John’s location. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was friendly, efficient, and incredibly professional. The restaurant was spotless, my order was prepared exactly as requested, and the service was impressively fast, true to Jimmy John’s “freaky fast” reputation.
What really stood out was the store manager. She is one of the hardest-working and most professional managers I have encountered. You can immediately tell she takes tremendous pride in her work and genuinely cares about both her customers and her team. Her leadership, attention to detail, and positive attitude create an atmosphere where everything runs smoothly.
What impressed me most was that even when the store ran out of bread yesterday, she stayed calm, found solutions, and still made everything work seamlessly.
