The sandwiches are amazing! Several options for vegans and gluten intolerant folk. All the meats and cheese and other toppings are freshly sliced right in front of you! The employees are hard-working and give reliable, fast, and friendly service. They'll put a smile on your face as soon as you walk through the door.
Terrible experience. We came in to grab lunch quickly on the way to plans with friends. Maybe 7-8 people in front of us. It took 45 MINUTES to be helped. Even when they got the bread and meat sliced they prioritized 5+ mobile orders before ours. They finally helped us when I nicely called them out for how long we had waited. But this isn’t acceptable. Management needs to redo how online orders work.
