Twice I have stopped by at 9:30 pm and the doors were locked with the employees still inside. I will not be back when there are other options nearby and people willing to serve my family.
requested a quart, PAID for a quart. they filled it halfway. 16 ounces on my food scale at home. 16 ounces Is a pint. they do this all the time. charge you more than they give you.
This location has awful customer service and not very strict health guidelines. This plastic piece was found in the bottom of my daughters smoothie. While at the store the employee cussed and said I think the blender broke. Obviously this plastic piece was large enough to notice was missing from the blender. The employee should’ve then remade the smoothie and dumped the other one out. When the manager was called she was not caring, sympathetic or willing to help. Was very pushy...read full review

There have also been reports of the store being out of cookies and cream. Despite these problems, the restaurant is appreciated for its food and friendly service, and the new team is doing a good job. The staff's effort, especially Dedra and the drive-thru team, has made a positive difference in the customer experience.
