“Nice shop. Small cookies. Staff are as chill as it gets. Very friendly and low-key. My kid wanted a sample and they happily obliged. Cookies are decent with creative and original flavors. Multiple gift and or home decor type items. It's located on the strip for a reason - draws in tourists who want something different to remember their trip by. The store is larger than expected. Pies looked like they would hit the spot. It's a 10 minute or less experience unless you really want to study every item they have for sale. The cookies make for a decent gift item.“

“We were there yesterday on our way out of TN, couldn't leave until we got some pretzels! They were warm, fresh, and delicious! Also, the woman who was our cashier was an insanely sweet person, she had blonde hair and was maybe in her early 40s or so, I can't remember her name for the life of me and I sincerely apologize for that but she was what made our experience there even more awesome. Please make her a manager if she's not already one! She has compassion, empathy, and a big heart, which is what is desperately needed in the world today. ? 10/10 would stop by again when we come back down! ?“

“First off Dollywood is amazing and the cinnamon bread there is no words it's the best cinnamon bread I think I have ever had soooooooo good its fresh and hot and they give you frosting you must eat it warm the cinnamon bread is very popular and the line gets long but goes fast you have to order and pay then make your way into the Grist Mill &Cinnamon bread hut where there are making it definitely a must stop at Dollywood“

That left just one...we did not get her name but she handled it like a boss. matter of fact she tried to call her manager several times and manager didn't answer (imagine that).
