“Our server was absolutely amazing, he made our entire experience wonderful. His name escapes me and I’m so angry about that! But he was the sweetest person. He had a beard and a slight accent but he always used “ma’am” and “sir” and said thank you and you’re welcome … such a sweetie. Our food was fabulous and it came out so fast. “The restaurant is very clean, as soon as we walked in the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The salsa is so delicious 😋 We are that up so they brought us some more. Our entrees came quickly, they were hot and so very delicious. The seasoning on the grilled chicken strips is amazing, so much flavor my taste buds wanted me to keep eating because it was that great, however I was getting full since the portions are hardy. Our server was so efficient, he brought us a to-go box, a bag for the chips and a container with a lid for the salsa. We loved the music and decorations. We highly recommend this restaurant. “We stop at El Primo everytime we are in the area. The food is authentic and delicious, and the portions are generous. It is also very fairly priced. Their horcheta, melon water, and pineapple water are great. The sopes, carnitas, and barbecoa are a few of our favorites. The restaurant was away from all the hustle and bustle of the main strip which was nice. Food was excellent and service was nice. They told us they had only been open for two months. “This place is nothing like anything in the Smokies. We took the family to get here and it’s Latin cuisine with a few tasty twists. The atmosphere was great and the food was delicious. It is attached to the Wayback hotel which is across from the Island. Great food option while you are in Pigeon Forge area.“

“Perfect meal for out of Towners. We ordered house Margaritas and a Baja Shrimp Burrito. Was perfect! Margaritas were huge and great lime taste. Burrito was at our table in 5 min. Jacob and the manager checked on us the whole time. Great food. Good price. Fun place!“

“My rating is based on this being a theme park restaurant. We spent about $85 for 6 people. Three kids had chicken tenders and fries, the 5 year old went with the PB&J, my wife had a burger and fries and I had a chicken rice bowl. Everyone was happy with their meal and the price wasnt too bad. Again, based on theme park food. We got to sit outside under the covered pavilion and by the time we were eating dinner, it wasnt busy at all. Dollywood was a huge hit with the family and this was a decent meal.“
