“We stopped in for the Reuben Sandwich that we’ve heard so much about … and it didn’t disappoint!! My husband just wanted a good quality hotdog and Jed’s serves Nathan’s, so he was very satisfied. Josh, Luke and Genevieve were the best hosts ever. So warm and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our lunch outside on their lovely patio. Genevieve checked on us multiple times and offered water for our pup Sissy! Seriously, make Jed’s a stopping point on your visit to Gatlinburg!!“

“The best Subway! Anytime we come here, the bread is always fresh. The vegetables are fresh. The service is fast even when they are busy. The staff is friendly while completing the order.The restaurant is also super clean. We have been here twice this week, same service each time.“

“Had lunch there on 4/7/25. There was a long line and all the tables were full with customers that had finished their meal and were just hanging out. The service was good and the two guys behind the counter making the food appeared to know what they were doing and under the pressure of several guest making tons of request, they guys keep the line moving and the food was typical of Subway, which was good, but fastfood none the less. The price was almost double from our local Subways. One foot long and a medium drink, no chips, was twenty dollars. Pricey but its expected. Overall a good lunch.“

“The very first time my husband and I visited this café was on our way to our honeymoon. We were on our way to Montana and had come across the Lil Black Bear Cafe. It was back in 2021 and we loved the atmosphere so much because it was welcoming, friendly and the Jesus culture was appealing to us! Since that day forward whenever we visit Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg will always be supportive of this little treasure!“

“We were in on Thursday November 15th around 5pm. The young man that took our order was super!!! Extremely pleasant. As my wife and I left we both said “ Now that’s customer service!” and makes you want to return. Wished we got his name to post. If I’m not mistaken I think he helped train in the Bristol, VA location when it opened.“

“If we could give more than 5 stars to Candy at this location who single handed served our large order and multiple online orders as quickly and efficiently as possible, I would. Candy made conversation with us, reassured us as we reassured her with a growing line of customers and offered great customer service. To start with this location makes excellent subs. As well as clean and convenient opened door to smiles and warm Hello's.
On to the food it was ready right on time (later pickup order) well proportioned all around meat and veggies, toppings weren't falling out everywhere, wrapped up snuggly so it's not hard to manage on the go. Impeccable job both nights. Who ever was lead on this order was great.
I ordered from this location (9/6/24 and 9/7/24) I ordered 9/5/24 from 24hr location which was my reg store it was awful. This is my new store from now on.“
