“We stopped in for the Reuben Sandwich that we’ve heard so much about … and it didn’t disappoint!! My husband just wanted a good quality hotdog and Jed’s serves Nathan’s, so he was very satisfied. Josh, Luke and Genevieve were the best hosts ever. So warm and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our lunch outside on their lovely patio. Genevieve checked on us multiple times and offered water for our pup Sissy! Seriously, make Jed’s a stopping point on your visit to Gatlinburg!!“

“Hubby and I ordered (to go) the Reuben with potato salad and I had the BBQ with potato salad. When we got home and opened our box to a huge, I mean huge Reuben, filled with mouth-watering corned beef, plenty of sauerkraut, and dressing. On marble rye bread. My BBQ was filled with tender and tasty meat with just enough sauce so it didn’t overwhelm the delicious meat. Love the potato salad-made with sour cream, I bet. Yummy. Because we forgot to ask for the “locals discount” prior to paying, we were presented with a piece of peanut butter pie/ to die for😃 Definitely not to be missed!“

“The best Subway! Anytime we come here, the bread is always fresh. The vegetables are fresh. The service is fast even when they are busy. The staff is friendly while completing the order.The restaurant is also super clean. We have been here twice this week, same service each time.“

We enjoyed their Egg & Cheese Veggie sub, which was fresh, satisfying, and a great way to start our day. “Walked into Jersey Mike’s, got in line I ordered 8 subs. The lady behind the counter said she could not do it because there were not enough workers. There was one employee at the grill and three at the counter. I also told her I tried calling first, but was hung up on. My spouse told her she tried to order on line but couldn’t do it. Two of the girls at the counter were very cooperative. The so called boss should not, in my opinion, hold that position. Mikes is a service business and the so called boss has no manners and is putting Mikes in a bad position for their customers

“If we could give more than 5 stars to Candy at this location who single handed served our large order and multiple online orders as quickly and efficiently as possible, I would. Candy made conversation with us, reassured us as we reassured her with a growing line of customers and offered great customer service. Our sandwiches tasted great because it was made with care and patience. It would be great if she could have a helping hand!“
