This place was featured on diner and dives, so cool to dine in for my third time visiting from Iowa. They have great Mexican food here and I will for sure return again.“

“Had to write a review for this because they are so awesome for helping me with this favor! So on door dash for some reason the merry prankster isn't and option (not the stores fault it is what it is) but it's my absolute favorite so I decided to call the store and ask if they could help me out in ordering something similar and making it a merry prankster they went above and beyond with my request wrote a note to the pizza makers and made it happen for me. Super ecstatic to have a great crew to help me! 5 stars absolutely earned and deserved! “We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner with Yasmine as our server. She made us feel so comfortable and she handled our sense of humor like a champ! Those oysters were amazing! And everyone loved the crab cakes. By the time I received my shrimp, I was full. But I brought it home for snack time. Soooo good! Made my husband's birthday celebration so great. Oh and that chocolate cake and the cookie...Saaaaalute!“

“When we go to Memphis we usually dine at this PF Chang’s at least once. We are never disappointed - Food is always Delicious- Drinks top notch- Service Fabulous! Last night we had a party of 9 but was going to be straggling in- they accommodated us nicely. And with that size of party- our Server Charles did an Excellent job- no mix-ups-, all to order! Courteous & friendly! Met the Manager Erik last night as well- made sure we were taken care of at the Bar & at our Table! Til next trip to Memphis!!

“I want to send a very special thank you the manager on duty this evening (04/22/23) and her staff. My keys were lost and when I tell you they were amazing in helping locate them after a hour of searching!!! They went through the trash, looked under the tables and even went to make sure my car was still outside. Customer service at its best! Guys thank you so very much. We are forever grateful!!“

“The salmon was amazing! My friend loved the black bean salsa that came with it. Green beans weren't as done as I prefer. Caesar salad was delicious (substituted for one side). My husband said the stuffed veal was a little tough though good flavor. Our server, Joy, was very polite and efficient. Overall a good dining experience for the money, especially if you take advantage of early bird menu, 4-6pm. Best to make a reservation.“

I have only been to one other location but if you've never been here it's like subway but with pizza, choose from a menu or make one from scratch with the toppings of your choice and have it fired up while you wait.“

“The search for caramel cake is what led me to Frost. While the caramel cake topping is not what I am accustomed to, the taste of the sugar grained frosting was yummy. The staff worked long lines with speed and grace. The place is beautiful and I want to duplicate that kind of aesthetics to other bakeries. I had German chocolate and coconut cup cakes and lemon and caramel slices. I love Magnolias (NYC, CHI) cake and these cakes were not as stiff and sturdy as those, but were moist and delicate. I love the caramel of Angelicas cake in Chicago and I don't understand the hype of Brown Sugars (CHI) cakes. The cake is meh at best for both and the frosting of Brown Sugar is more maple-y than caramel. But Frost has this amazing caramel frosting that I might get used to.“

“Food here is always amazing. Owners and staff are also always amazing. I’ve often seen the owners at the counter taking orders and running food! The seasoning on most of the menu is called “Piri piri” seasoning. Which is Swahili for “pepper pepper” so its obviously slightly spicy. I saw a less than good review from a person saying they were upset the food was a little spicy. So if it says “piri piri” just know that there will be some kick. Give it a google guys. If you don’t want it just let them know! They can withhold the seasoning! Don’t leave bad reviews on good food because you didn’t research. it’s meant to be similar to other South African cuisine in the Memphis area (in my opinion) if you’ve been to bonefish or similar. But very healthy! Grilled fish, grilled chicken, and grilled veggies are the majority of the menu. I’ve seen lots of business lunches and body builders when I’ve been there for lunch or dinner. The appetizer called “humdinger shrimp” is to die for. It’s fried shrimp tossed in a spicy aoili served over (what I think) is an aisan slaw. It’s my favorite. If you’re not interested in any of that then I would suggest asking for maybe a blackened salmon or tilapia over a Caesar salad or even a blackened salmon or tilapia in a Caesar wrap. The vibe inside the restaurant is similar to an upscale Mcalisters. You order at the counter and you can watch the staff cook your food through the glass windows. You get a number for your table and when your food is ready they bring it out. There is a self service drink counter also and several dessert options. I recommend the strawberry cake ❤️“

“I ordered a Stromboli and got a calzone instead with the wrong items on it. Didn’t realize until I was back to my hotel! The calzone was delicious anyway!

I really enjoyed the Italian sausage that is sliced. The red sauce was great and not too sweet! I will return, next time getting my Stromboli.“

“I have been a LONG time patron of Frost Bake Shop, so it was only fitting for my wedding cake to be baked and designed from the best. Our consultation was amazing!!! I want to note that we got married back in May 2019! I purchased a three tier cake with green and blue rosettes with the flavors of carrot cake, snickerdoodle and vanilla. Husband’s groom’s cake was chocolate. Their wasn’t a slice left of that one. But we had a layer of vanilla left so I happily put it in the freezer. So fast forward to today August 8, 2024 and the cake was STILL in the freezer!!! DO NOT JUDGE ME LOL!!!! But I wanted to see how long it would last and if the flavor would still be there. This morning was the day to see!!!!! Y’all THE CAKE WAS STILL GOOD!!!!!!!!!! No I didn’t eat an entire slice but we tasted a sample!!!! I am so beyond amazed!!!!!! This goes to show the freshness of the ingredients and the amount of love that was put into our cake!!! “I had to write a review, this was one of the best experiences I have had at a restaurant period. Everyone was welcoming , everyone greeted me. My waiter David was very attentive and kind. The managers were very helpful and checked up on me and my 3 year old son. The tablet with the free games also helped my toddler stay occupied which I appreciated. The food was good but the hospitality really stood out.“

They do an excellent job at making your sandwich just the way you like. There is a young lady that works there, the only female I've ever encountered there, she has the best attitude and smile I've noticed in a long time. She is very polite, attentive and gives you suggestions that so far have always worked out.Clean, nice smell and they make a great sandwich also“
