“I regularly go here to get chicken and fries for my best friend and I. This place is WONDERFUL. The chicken is fried tenders, you get three, and they're mild enough to give to a dog lol -- I'm sure their other food is just as wonderful, but the chicken is so good I haven't branched out yet“

Popped over here, and I'm generally not keen on Starbies. We (+1 was 15f) both got food that was warm and good. Her drink was extra this and extra that, and they KILLED IT!!!!
They were polite and seemed happy - I know that's generally a baseline, but I've not seen that to be the case at all coffee shops.
Would actually *recommend* this particular store, which I've not felt about a Starbucks ever, I don't think.

“First: I’m extremely picky about my lattes. I am sensitive to overcooked (burnt taste) beans and undercooked (sour taste) beans. I have gone here repeatedly for iced lattes and they have always provided the perfect texture and balance. They are by far (and I don’t say this lightly) providing the BEST espresso in Nashville. Second: What truly makes this cafe great is that it’s the only cafe in town that makes you feel like you’re wanted. All of these cafes built in the last 20 years are hard, cold and sterile. If you’re younger than 40, you probably don’t even remember that cafes used to be warm, social, inviting and a home for many people. New cafes are so uninviting and I feel it’s done on purpose to get you to leave so more customers come in. But the Daily Grind? It’s homey, has couches, the walls are filled with all sorts of crafty love and plants and there’s a poster on the front that lets you know this is a SAFE space for all. It’s reminiscent of the old days when you had warm social spaces where you could spend hours every day with friends playing games, drawing, talking and no one glued to their phones. I hope this cafe gets to expand and provide even more of this nostalgic homey feel and bring that needed community experience back to Nashville. Third: GREAT food and customer service on top of all of the above“

Also the drinks, service and vibes are wonderful. This is one of our favorite coffee spots and now has a special place in our engagement story!

“This place is an absolute gem. I was visiting Nashville for a few days. I did all the “hot spots” and of course, all of them proved to be worth the hype. I found this place by accident. Sabell’s did not show up on a “search” engine, unfortunately!! What I found was nothing less than extraordinary. The staff is amazing, and the food is extremely flavorful. The energy is outstanding with a cozy feeling. The comfort of the surroundings Is similar to a park, with customers that brought their dogs to the outside area. The owners are following their dreams, and I wish them all the best. The culture they have developed, shows with every smile from employee to customer.“

“Absolutely love the food here and the staff is so nice. But lately we haven’t been able to go in and eat there. It’s so ridiculously hot inside. Everyone is sweating. I feel so bad for the staff including the ones in the kitchen. We tried again tonight with a group of 10 and had to leave early. It was over 80 degrees in the restaurant. Hungry and hot children are not a good combination. The staff was so helpful and packed up our food for us before it even made it to our table. Will not be able to come back and enjoy the atmosphere until the ac is working.“

A bit overpriced due to add ons: adding honey and almond milk to my 12oz matcha adds $3?! It would at least be less aggregious if I could get a 16oz drink there. A 12oz drink and a burrito always seems to end up being $27.

You can't really eat or drink inside. So if you eat at the establishment, you're now getting a Gallatin Pike and Trinity intersection experience. Regular near miss crashes. Heavy horn use. It's honestly more serene to eat in your car. You'd never even think to bring a laptop there and get some work done.

They would do well to add either bamboo planters, or at least a fence/shrubbery. Then additional shade would also be beneficial. Along with monthly powerwashing.“

“Several weeks back we stopped into Roadside to taste their wings. I would be hosting a large event and was told their wings were the best in our area. Absolutely the best! We taste tested several other places and by far Roadside had the best! Wilton, the GM met with us and took us through the whole process of why they have the best wings. Wilton coordinated and executed everything that we discussed for the event perfectly!!Shout out to the cook, Fred! If you haven’t tried their wings before, you need to get down there and have some! You will not be disappointed.

“First trimester has me limited on food. Last night I was feeling so awful. Nothing heavy sounded good. Looked up places near us & they came up. It was 10/10 what my belly needed. The sticky rice was amazing , the miso soup was SO good. Got sushi too & didn't get a chance to eat it but excited for it today. Also, appreciate their side options. My kiddo wouldn't eat a full meal but the side option allowed us to get her something she actually would. 10/10 will eat again when in the area! Also appreciated the to go option & the wait time wasn't bad.“
