“Oh. My. God! The food and service were absolutely AMSZING! My husband is super picky when it comes to country fried steak but not with this one. It had flavor, richness, just good Ole comfort food. The atmosphere was amazing too, at one point a gentleman came in the waitress greeted him and she asked him what he would like he told her oh you know the usual. This type of diner brings so many memories back from my childhood, absolutely loved it! Can't wait to go back again!“

“I really had a great time here relaxing , laid-back vibe. Lotta locals some people on vacation. The food was excellent. Can’t say enough about the friendly service the unique location I had this giant baked potato, the largest I have ever seen the happy hour was great everybody was having a good time. “Absolutely delicious! Outside patio dining had a wonderful atmosphere for our wedding anniversary meal. The waiter brought out the wrong dish for my husband, but as soon as we brought it to their attention it was quickly corrected. Just be aware that the chili flake topping is an extra $1 & they also charge for the pickles on top of the curry bowl as well, which we thought was interesting because it was never mentioned beforehand. “Must be a good place when you see multiple police and fire department people eating there. I had the three main special and it was incredibly good. Best I've ever had. Mac and cheese was awesome. Big beans were terrific. Recommending them all the time to all my friends and people I know traveling through Nashville.“

“Everything that my husband and I had was phenomenal! Ribs, pulled pork, pulled chicken, smoked chicken wings, Mac and cheese, baked beans, potato salad, baked potato, is huge! I recommend this place, It’s truly home cooking!! I would eat here everyday if I could.“

“I purchased the pot roast and it was dee-licious. It had the traditional potatoes 🥔 and carrots 🥕 added. As well as turnip greens and pinto beans that come with cornbread. My granddaughter had the beef tips and she said it was great as well! The lovely lady at the window was super sweet! We will definitely be back!“

“Picked up a couple of plates for lunch today.. fantastic!! My husband lived in Memphis and said it was the best bbq he’s had in 25 years of living here. Try the beans and potato salad outstanding! So glad to see some options other than fast food here in Goodlettsville!“

“Best Bbq we've had in a while. Definitely best north of Nashville. The atmosphere is homey and comforting. The prices were fair and the food was amazing. The staff was super nice and accommodating as well. This is our new favorite restaurant in White House.“
“I found this place by chance on a road trip to Cumberland Falls. The meat was so flavorful, I couldn't add the BBQ sauce. I wanted to savor the meat. The BBQ sauce was so good though I found myself dipping my potato wedges in it. Hash brown Casserole was amazing. It was so good, I stopped again on my way home. I know they're sharing a spot inside a gas station but ya'll I'm telling you, it was fire. Both times. Did I mention me & my adult son ate until full for around $20 bucks? I had pulled pork & he had jumbo Chicken Tenders.“

“We went to the Road House in Hendersonville. Our server, Philip was top notch! Definitely delivered that “legendary service”! The food was excellent and the wait time wasn’t too bad considering it was a Sunday. Definitely going to be going back for repeat meals!“

“Ordered whiting sandwich and reg fries and Coke. Large food servings. Food was hot &fresh! I think some peoples expectations are not that of traditional southern fried whiting w/onion, mustard,hot sauce? Who doesn't eat it freshly served for maximum experience? I get some have to carry home, but don't expect hot fried food to be hot and crispy when ya get there. My $.02.“

“Service and food was excellent. Our server Ashley was without a doubt the best server that we’ve had in Tennessee. She was attentive, fast, efficient, a very bubbly person and had a great personality to boot. She made us Canadians feel special.“

“We waited maybe 10 minutes for a table not too bad . Our server Travis was so nice & patient my man took forever ordering & Travis was so helpful lol. He answered all of our questions & gave great recommendations. The steak with parm crust hit the spot thumbs up the the kitchen as well!“
