“Oh. My. God! The food and service were absolutely AMSZING! My husband is super picky when it comes to country fried steak but not with this one. It had flavor, richness, just good Ole comfort food. The atmosphere was amazing too, at one point a gentleman came in the waitress greeted him and she asked him what he would like he told her oh you know the usual. This type of diner brings so many memories back from my childhood, absolutely loved it! Can't wait to go back again!“

“So good! My family ordered some when they were in town to visit and I am glad they did! The ribs were literally falling off the bone and well seasoned! The sides were also great! We had potato salad, baked beans, and collard greens. So delicious! Also, the smoked sausage and beef brisket were so flavorful and juicy! It’s only been a week since we ate there and I am still craving it! Lol…I may have to send my husband to get me another plate soon.🤭“

“This was our first trip to a Jim N Nicks and it didn’t disappoint. If you like bbq these guys do it right. The smokiness in the meat was just right and it wasn’t dry like some other places. Jeff (I think the GM) stopped by our table to check on our visit. The whole team was as fantastic as the food. Will definitely be back in the future.“

“I purchased the pot roast and it was dee-licious. It had the traditional potatoes 🥔 and carrots 🥕 added. As well as turnip greens and pinto beans that come with cornbread. My granddaughter had the beef tips and she said it was great as well! The lovely lady at the window was super sweet! We will definitely be back!“

“Best Bbq we've had in a while. Definitely best north of Nashville. The atmosphere is homey and comforting. The prices were fair and the food was amazing. The staff was super nice and accommodating as well. This is our new favorite restaurant in White House.“

“my husband and I we went to the shells gas station that has church chicken restaurant inside gas station in cave city ky and my husband and I thought the food was very good and food tasted really great and freshly hot and quickly served by the employee that the church chicken restaurant in cave city has hired her name is Misty and that I remember of her name. also it was well portion correctly and the employee Misty was very well manor and very friendly and very helpful with dealing with customers including my husband and I. I'd definitely recommend people and friends of mine to dine in or carryout at church chicken.?“

“We went to the Road House in Hendersonville. Our server, Philip was top notch! Definitely delivered that “legendary service”! The food was excellent and the wait time wasn’t too bad considering it was a Sunday. Definitely going to be going back for repeat meals!“

“Ordered whiting sandwich and reg fries and Coke. Large food servings. Food was hot &fresh! I think some peoples expectations are not that of traditional southern fried whiting w/onion, mustard,hot sauce? Who doesn't eat it freshly served for maximum experience? I get some have to carry home, but don't expect hot fried food to be hot and crispy when ya get there. My $.02.“

“Well it was delicious! Our waiter was great!! Service amazing! But they added money like another tip to our bill! My husband gave the waiter a cash tip & paid with out debit card but later wen we was checking our banking app they still added a tip like someone wrote it in! Thru the line my husband wrote on the tip line! Who does that! But my husband talked to someone there & they are gonna fix . so that's good but that's the reason 4 the 4-stars! Everything else..... Supperb!“

“Solid spot. I wish I could drink here more because that means I can eat a pulled pork sandwich too. Always nice to get out of nash and enjoy some unpretentious- actually-good-af-bbq. I don't even eat bbq in town anymore because it's a joke. lovell's all the damn way“
