“Washed up location trying to catch the Hendersonville family big wave. Surfs up. We walked in with a pink sunset nesting on Old Hickory Lake. The lakeside eatery boasts dog friends areas, pricey pizza, walk up service plus a large in-house beer selection donning its namesake. My expectations were a 6, happy to give it a solid 10. Ambience The dark wood, broody brewery vibe scream hipster high-end. Walk up counter service no one will greet you, so have your order ready and proceed. A connecting room has bright lights and screaming kids avoid at all costs. Service These servers don't work for individual tips and it's as obvious as a neon sign. Service is short, curt and fast. There are no smiles, but it matches the atmosphere somehow and works for this concept of eatery. The Pizza Oh the saving grace of cheese and kick ass quality ingredients. The Detroit style BBQ Chicken was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Chicago, NYC, LA, Vegas and Miami included in that. The cheese to crust proportions were perfect. Cheese to the crust with crunch oh my. Absolutely fantastic! The regular pizza addition was good, but just pizza so get lots of toppings. Beer Excellent, should be colder. Tons of choice. Tab 89 for two pizzas, a beer and coke. Worth it! Tons of screaming kids, fast service, and excellent Detroit style pizza. Worth the drive and thankful for this new addition to the lake skyline. A+“

“If a small sake shop with cat decor, cat magazine, and vinyl records is your jam, you'll LOVE Rice Vice. It's a very specific place with a very curated vibe, which I appreciated. The bartender was super nice and not only helped us pick a few sakes to try but also let us pick some new pages out of the cat magazines to use as menu backers. They served a handful of Japanese and other east Asian snacks, so we enjoyed a couple different flavors of chips with our sake. (If I recall correctly, the crab curry chips were outrageously good.) Will definitely be back with any sake loving friends.“
“Great brewery & awesome staff! They have a great selection of beer on tap. The bartender was very helpful in helping us in our beer selection since this was our first time here, even giving us a few samples prior to making our beer selection. The Hot Honey Pizza was absolutely amazing & the crust was cooked perfectly!! The loaded taco fries were good too, but beware, this is a large portion & is definitely a shareable appetizer! Next time we are Nashville, we will definitely be stopping here again!“

“On the food it looked good. Hamburger looked like the fave with fresh locale bread and cut fries. The beer was as fantastic. I had the Black Beauty X 2. Unique dark beard with a sweet bite. The bluff over looking the Cumberland was nice. Plenty of chairs and tables. Families were picnicking and at least 12 had their dogs. It was trivia night and and about 40 folks were playing. Funny thing is as a kid I use to hunt back in that area. I wish I had visited earlier in time.“
“My wife and I stopped by Nashville on our honeymoon in November 2023. We love local breweries so when we stumbled on Crazy Gnome not far from our AirBnb, we had to try it out. What a great experience- the bartender Bill was very friendly and enthusiastic. Have good advice on our beer choices and also lots of tips on visiting Nashville in general. We had a few beers over a couple intense games of chess outside on the patio before leaving. if we come back to visit, I’d definitely come by crazy gnome again.“
“The pizza and dough are undeniably delicious and well prepared. The pies are big enough to feed 3 hungry people. The appetizers/sharables were quite small especially if your party is more than 2. Some of the more experimental pies were okay but I might suggest sticking to the classic type flavors.“
“So all in all this is a pretty nice place. If your looking for a late night coffee shop or a place to get a beer that's a bit more on the quiet side, I would recommend coming here. Just about everytime I've gone I've seen people working, reading, and more personable dates, etc. It's nice that there exists a place where you can get a beer and actually have a conversation. The reason I only have it 4 stars though is because they aren't always the best at picking music to match the vibe. Seriously, when everyone in the room either reading, working on a laptop, or have an intimate conversation, screamer music is far from ideal. The staff need to get better at picking music that matches the type of the room and not what will get them through the shift.“
“Love Yazoo beer! Now Grillshack, Nashville staple, has an in-house kitchen there as well. Excellent fries and burgers, and the staff is great. Veggie burger is good, too. Also have wings and tenders. Would definitely recommend! Wonderful atmosphere, great view of the river and fire pits outside.“
“We've eaten at Rock'n Dough several times. The food quality, available menu selections and variety, and especially the service is exemplary. The menu is extensive and offers many salad choices and wraps and even thin pizza crusts for those of us with dietary concerns. They have a full bar and brewery on site. The seating is more than sufficient and when weather is kind, indoor/outdoor seating is prominent as well. There are many large screen television screens surrounding the dining room. Music videos and sports options are plenty.All of that, while fabulous, is really just the well-planned designed infrastructure. The true glory at Rock'n Dough is the staff. They are attentive without being pushy. They are well informed as to menu items and are well versed in asking appropriate questions to insure your meal is prepared and served just the way you want it. Drinks are politely and efficiently refreshed without disruption. My family and I have enjoyed our every visit. I highly recommend Rock'n Dough.Parking: Parking is plentiful, though the lot appears smaller. We have never had difficulty finding a space close to an entrance.“
“ENBW has such a fun and friendly vibe, with great food and awesome bartenders. I don't have any kids and usually don't frequent places that are so family friendly, but they have a bunch of signs & rules that keep the kids over by the playground area, so me and my pups can enjoy a beer out on their awesome patio.“
“When in Hendersonville, this is definitely a brewery you need to visit. With a rotating menu of delicious beers, all brewed in-house, you'll be sure to find something that you enjoy. Backed by a friendly staff & filled with regulars, it's a place that makes you feel welcomed as soon as you enter. A location change took effect in late October this year but they're now up & running at 100%. This move was great because their new spot provides significantly more room to seat guests. It's also only a few stores over from their original location which is convenient. The new spot is very spacious with tables to seat parties of all sizes & a patio with much more seating available outside. Everything is kept clean & tables aren't left with empty glasses for too long. I think they need to figure out a more efficient way to serve patrons because the lines got long at times but I'm sure it'll get sorted soon. Being a fan of ales, I really enjoy coming here because they offer a good amount of them at any time. The flavors they use to make their beers always compliment them well so I'm always pleased with what I order. I make it a thing to stop by any time I'm in town from Florida. It's without a doubt of of my favorite breweries in the Hendersonville/Nashville area.“
