“I finally made it to Edit, and let me say, it turned out better than I expexted. The design of the restaurant is very cool, very loungy vibe. The music was great, a bit louder than I would have personally preferred, but it’s great for date night. I’ve had the tikka masala poutine, very tasty, and more than I anticipated. My coctail was very good, also. Can’t wait to go back and try more of their ever-changing seasonal menu.“
“Apr 2024 - After our Bluebird Cafe plan fell through, Marjie made early reservations at Jane’s for Dinner and music on Sunday night. We thoroughly enjoyed the unique menu, especially the okra appetizer. John, the proprietor, told us about his place and we settled in to listen to Addy/Domino. Fantastic musicianship from the various band members who seemed to gradually increase every few songs. I’m not sure we ever heard any original material like I expected, but she’s a wonderful singer of classics. We headed back across the river and got to see the TN statehouse all lit up on the hill.“
“This place is so nice. We got here around 9pm but stayed until the closed. We sat at the bar and ordered drinks and the Miso eggs and they were both delicious. We talked to the bartender Brandon and the server Peter. We had a nice chat about small town living and moving to the big city. Even though he has people at the bar he made the experience so personal. At the end of the night we meet the cook (who made the eggs) Devon and told him how amazing the eggs were. The drinks were beautifully made and would recommend the Crocodile tears and the Southern gothic. Both strong drinks but beautiful balance and great body.“
“We just returned from a fun long weekend in Nashville. Eating at Cafe Roze for dinner was our culinary high light. Their chili eggplant dish was unbelievable. What I wouldn’t do for that recipe…and the talent to prepare it to perfection. I wanted to continue vegetarian so I ordered the simple pasta - also done to perfection. Others at our table had the paprika chicken, wedge salad with salmon and vegetarian dinner bowl. All raved about their dish and ate every bite. This is a very special cafe. Small intimate and lovely - but the food is the star. The noise level was not crazy loud either which we appreciated. Best restaurant in Nashville by a mile.“
“We were in Nashville for a few days and The Treehouse was near our stay. We decided to pop in for dinner and our meal was delicious. Tanner, our server, was very attentive and knowledgeable. His recommendations were great and we enjoyed the atmosphere and food. My husband had the chicken (bring your appetite - it is huge!) and I had the gnocchi. We also enjoyed the burrata starter. We hope to return again when the weather is nice and enjoy their large outdoor space.“
“The burgers were the best I’ve had since before the owner of Jumbo & Delicious passed away. Years ago! Very very good, just how it comes. My husband doesn’t even like sauce and he loved the sauce that came on it. The pickles were almost too close to the taste of cucumber (hate cucumber) but they were good too!The fries were okay. Nothing to write home about. Not sure why people like these pencil sized fries. The seasoning was okay as well. I like Zaxby’s fries better. The cheese curd appetizer was very good and the manager came to check on the taste of those. Forgot to take a pic of those because we were hungry. The burger meals were $15 each and appetizer was $11. Not terrible prices for these times. They allow dogs, it seems. So that is cool. The place was packed but we got seated pretty fast. It got even busier as we left. Overall, you must go in to try the burger or the onsite brewery (which I did not try, but not my thing to spend tons on beer).“
“Amazeballs! It's just a unique, cool vibe with laid-back, friendly staff ... Yummy breakfast all day which is always a plus for me... Well worth the trip! Loved it! I randomly selected it by googling places with breakfast all day & it had good reviews & turned out to be a slamdunk!“
“Such a magical spot! The cocktails could stand on their own but the rotating pianists and special events really make this place one of a kind. Every out-of-town visitor I have, I make sure to take them here. I had a very memorable birthday here where the owners treated us so beautifully. They go out of their way to take care of their guests and make sure everyone is having fun. I don’t visit as much as I’d like since moving away from the area, but returned for drunk disney last night and had a blast!“
“We highly recommend the carrots, pork chop, rib eye and corn. Overall high quality food, service was solid and the environment is fantastic. Overall I would highly recommend, though you will come away smelling of wood smoke , we didn't mind but is good to know.“
“Two Ten Jack is a gem in East Nashville. I always visit when people come from out of town. The food is top notch, and on par with high-end Asian food restaurants with a small, local neighborhood restaurant feel. The cocktail options are plentiful, delicious, and reasonable in cost.Service is solid, always helpful and engaging with the party.Parking is plentiful, but do be aware later in the evening it can be difficult as it's a community lot.“
“I love this place. I come here every time I'm in Nashville. The regulars are always welcoming. Bar staff is perfect. Never an empty drink. And..... the brisket tacos from Backstage BBQ out of the kitchen are off the chain. Always coming back.“
“Friendly service, chill atmosphere with a wide variety of interesting cocktail options. Stopped in on a whim and am super pleased I did!! Definitely recommended if you're looking for a great cocktail bar that isn't overrun but tourists/bachelorettes. It's TINY, but there's outdoor seating.“
“I had such a great experience here, what a great place to stop in and check out if you’re traveling alone. The bartender I had named Eric was so nice and friendly. Eric helped create a drink catered to my taste preferences which was impressive seeing that this bar did not have a menu for cocktails but had their employees asked what your drink preferences were instead and made a cocktail based on what you liked which I thought was so cool! Very memorable and Eric also gave me some great suggestions on what to do as a tourist visiting the city. The experience overall felt very personable and inclusive. I will most definitely be back here the next time I visit Nashville.“
“Cane here with the Secret Food Tour - East Nashville edition. Great drinks and a pretty good catfish taco. We're from Southern California, so that's a pretty high bar for fish tacos. But these were very good, and everyone else loved them.We sampled the, apparently, famous bushwacker which is a slushy Kahlua, Bailey's, milkshake situation. And also a Bloody Mary, which wasn't the star of the show, but it was good. And the service was very good and the atmosphere is cool.“
“Came here with a friend on a Friday night, and enter the bar before the sun went down so we were able to get a nice sitting area. Loved the music this bar played as it was throwback tunes. The vibe reminds me of 1970s decor. There isn't a server that comes to your table to take your order, so you do have to walk up to the bartender to place an order, which didn't bother me. My friend ordered the chicken sandwich and fries, and I got the grilled cheese and tomato soup. The fries are incredibly delicious, with perfect seasoning, and the right amount of crisp. The grilled cheese was so delicious, as it's made on sourdough bread with a hint of sea salt on top. The tomato soup to dip it in was icing on the cake. The eclectic crowd and ambience is really welcoming. There's free parking outside around the building, and they have an all-inclusive sign by their entrance.“

“First trimester has me limited on food. Last night I was feeling so awful. Nothing heavy sounded good. Looked up places near us & they came up. It was 10/10 what my belly needed. The sticky rice was amazing , the miso soup was SO good. Got sushi too & didn't get a chance to eat it but excited for it today. Also, appreciate their side options. My kiddo wouldn't eat a full meal but the side option allowed us to get her something she actually would. 10/10 will eat again when in the area! Also appreciated the to go option & the wait time wasn't bad.“
“I visited this place during their first week of opening and I was pleasantly surprised by the vibe of the place overall although there weren’t many people there. I’ve been there a few times the following couple of months and they’ve still managed to be hidden (which honestly I prefer, less crowded and relaxed vibe)I loved that they have a pool table there and some seasonal cocktails along with the regular menu.Another benefit of having this bar in East Nash is that there’s parking, and if you don’t find parking up front, there’s additional parking at the back.Service/staff is friendly and will always recommend cocktails. They’ll also sometimes whip up cool mixes if you ask to be surprised. It’s priced slightly higher for this area but the pool table makes it worth it for me.Overall, I’ll recommend this place any day. I’ll be going there again for sure!“
“Amazing margarita. Great vibe. We were there early with a group of 6 (around 7pm). Oversized booths mean you'll sit at the bar if you only have 2-3 people. The fries were not good, which was disappointing because the picture looked awesome. Sloppy Joe and whipped feta were good! Very loud live music started around 9pm which was fun but made it hard to talk to friends. I lost my voice and we left after 30 minutes of that.“
“My mom and I dined in on a Friday night and had the best service stating with Donna who took our orders. We sat in a booth and was immediately greeted by Alfredo who made sure we had everything for our food. He was so nice and even shared his favorite dishes to try next time. Then, Big Al stopped by to see if we needed anything and after sharing his favorites, he brought a sample of the turkey for us to try. So tender and juicy! I recommend trying the turkey, brisket tacos and catfish for entrees and for the sides: green beans, potato salad, okra, fries. Perfect Friday night!“
“Enjoyed my breakfast here! I came on a Sunday before 10am, the place was a short walk from my hotel. I’m glad I came early because it got busy fast. I sat outside because it was less of a crowd. My only issue being outside was the seats were very stained. Other than that I got a morning beverage and a delicious omelette. My server was so sweet(I wish I remembered her name). Overall I had a nice meal and enjoyed my time.“
“The Pork Belly here is so delicious! The DJ playing on Saturday was amazing! All the staff were super nice, we went back for a late dinner and drinks again on Sunday before we had to fly home. My vegetarian friend said the lentil empanada was so good she bought some to take home.“
“Here's the thing. This place knows it's identity! I'm not big on the new dive bar idea. It sort of reminds me of buying a pair of new ripped jeans. But, the vibe is cool and the drinks are good. Not what you would get at an actual dive bar with rich local history and stories to tell. But, if you dig that vibe and want to filter out the seedy, sketchiness that you'd get at a long standing dive. This place is for you. Parking, meh. But that's everywhere.“
“Visited briefly for a glass of wine and relaxation. I was very impressed by the atmosphere and live music. There looked to be plenty of seating options inside that matched the unique antique feel this place offers. The lighting and music was a perfect combination without being too loud or overbearing. An easy going place with great vibes. Didn't order the pizza, but it looked amazing. Definitely visiting again for the pizza and cocktails.“
“The best Mexican food you can find. The green sauce and the salsa is incredible and the food is so good. The menu is amazing you can get anything, so much to choose from. Let's not forget how tasty it all is. The staff is super nice & always on top of refills for chips & drinks too. Everything is wonderful only downside they need a bigger parking lot, for more vehicles. I promise it's worth the money. You will not be disappointed. It's incredible!!! Thanks for being the BEST Mexican restaurant around!!! Any food you get will be amazing. We have had tons of things on them menu and never disappoints. The flavors are impeccable! Thanks everyone!Parking: Needs more parking!!! That's the only thing other than that it's all amazing“
