“Alyssa F. is a wonderful person at Slim Chickens in Hendersonville, TN. I had a problem with the taste of the coleslaw with an order that was picked up. I called about it and she immediately tasted the coleslaw that morning and agreed. She offered a free meal, and made sure that the coleslaw was ok, by letting me taste it when I came to pick up my free order, it was fine, and I didn't have to wait long. She should be either promoted or compensated for being so polite and making me want to go back to Slim Chickens for the delicious tenders and coleslaw. Thank you, Bob Stephens“

“Cashier wasn't the most friendly person. No smile at all. Chicken was no flavor at all. Lot more better chicken places I have eaten. Everything was hot and fresh. 40 cent for a sauce? As well the other chicken restaurants give extra sauce free with meal. I would only return again if I was with someone and they wanted to go otherwise it wouldn't be my first choice“

“I stopped by last night after seeing the new Thor. The lady at the window was by far one of the nicest drive thru attendant. I said to the gentleman that brought my food out, to tell his manager that I said she was one of the friendliest night shift workers I've ever came across. “This is a fast food restaurant but don't be put off. The chicken is great whether original or grilled. There are other menu items as well like salads, waffle fries, etc. There are great breakfast foods as well. The service is great inside and drive thru. The food is reasonably priced. The drive- thru and inside servers are so courteous and helpful.“

“Went to Hendersonville Tn Captain D’s tonight. There were three people working when there should have been four. The girls were very busy. We were eating in. They explained that we might have to wait a little longer since they were understaffed. We said that was fine. They couldn’t have been nicer. Our food came out perfect and was very good. Unfortunately, we only got Tanya and Melissa’s names and not the person who was in the kitchen. They did a great job in spite of being super busy and understaffed. They’re the best.“

“Young kid I think his name was Diego laterally never stoped working when they slowed down the guy grabbed the rag a spray bottle and started cleaning tables. He notice me and the people next to me had finished and he asked us both a separate times how the food was and even asked if it was okay to go ahead and remove the tray for us. GIVE THIS KID A RAISE. You guys already have the best sandwiches but that service right there needs recognition. ( Just so you know which kid I’m talking about he wears glasses and has a high top fade with really curly hair on top)“
