“We booked califarmia as our wedding caterers. They are friendly, efficient, fairly priced and absolutely delicious. I love that they source their ingredients from local farmers. Each step of the process was easily navigated. Mitchell was incredible. I am especially thankful for their support during rescheduling our COVID affected date. We never had to wonder if our caterer was going to show up, which I can’t say about all the vendors. They were compliant with proper precautions the day of. I don’t think we could have chosen a better caterer. The entire experience was a good one. I only wish I had more room the day of to eat more of their delicious food.“

“I randomly stumbled upon this food truck during a trip to Nashville. I’ve never had an empanada before and after tasting the ones from Empanada Lua, I can honestly say I’ve been missing out!I tried the Corn & Cheese and Chicken empanadas. While both were good, the chicken was fantastic! I could’ve eaten a whole plate of them! I tried them both with the Chipotle Ranch dipping sauce and it was the perfect combo!The young man at the counter was pleasant and wait time was reasonable. I think I stopped at the perfect time because there weren’t many people ahead of me. However, by the time I finished my serving a full line had formed.If I was a local, I would definitely be a frequent customer. “My son is usually somewhat of a picky eater. He hardly ever tries new foods on a whim but was very interested in trying the carne beef empanadas when he saw them! I was so excited to see him branch out and seek something different than what he would typically choose. When he received his empanadas they smelled heavenly, they were so hot and fresh, crisp on the outside yet still a light flakiness on the inside. The meat and cheese were so stretchy and delicious! We were both in awe of how flavorful they were, and the sauce on the side elevated it perfectly! We came home and have since told everyone about them! We will definitely be seeking your truck for future pop ups! You all were amazing tonight!! Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu!“

“Boyfriend and I came to Nashville for the first time for an airsoft tournament and only had the day, so this place checked all the boxes when it came to deciding what to eat and make the best of it. Was not a major fast food chain, their East truck happened to be close to where we were attending, offers low prices, and delicious food! After experiencing I’d note there’s also easy parking, a welcoming environment, fresh ingredients; I had carne asada fries and two chorizo tacos. 100 out of 10 would recommend.“

“This little taco truck is exceptional! The only reason for the "Atmosphere" rating is because you've most likely passed it a hundred times and never thought twice. Pollo Ala Plancha, Birria and Shrimp tacos (the consume is incredible), and an adobo half chicken that'll make you sweat!
