She was top of keeping beverages filled, checking on how we were doing and making sure our food came out hot, fast and fresh. Would definitely recommend trying out!!“

“I went to chilis in rivergate and my server was Ireland. She was an amazing. Had such a great uplifting personality , made sure everything was good with me. Checked up the right amount of times. Just made the experience amazing. Everything about this server made chilis seem better. I will defiantly be back to see her again!“

We ordered the steak burrito with rice and beans, which was very good. The chips came complimentary with salsa and jalapeño ranch dip—neither of which impressed us. However, the queso we ordered with the chips was a standout, offering a unique and delightful twist on the classic queso. Overall, the delicious food couldn’t quite make up for the lackluster service. Here’s hoping Chuy’s can elevate their service to match the quality of their cuisine in the future.“

“The food overall was good. Fresh, and healthier than fast food places. It was clean inside and well lit. Employees were nice just did not seem like they wanted to be there. It was not not authentic hospitality. I pay attention to stuff like that.“
