We walked in and ordered a quesadilla. We were told we could NOT order a quesadilla UNLESS we ordered ONLINE. THAT MEANT GETTING OUT OF LINE AND CREATING AN ACCOUNT‼️ so stupid!!! We ordered something else because they would not make it unless we ordered online. And then the girl told us we could order a kids quesadilla but not a regular one unless we ordered online!!! I had stop coming for a while because of rude service. The customer service is trash but I can deal with rude customer service as long as my food good. This is the 3rd time I’ve come to this location & my chicken or steak isn’t cooked throughly. The meat is so uncooked you shouldn’t be eating it & it’s honestly not edible. It’s like chewing raw meat. So disgusting & the cooks should take there time & cook the meat for its full amount of time.

In town for a few days, wanted a quick dinner after driving 10 hours. Terrible idea, I've never had a chipotle bowl have no taste but they succeeded. Only had brown rice (white was being prepared with no eta), which usually I don't mind but it had literally no flavor. The only topping that had a taste was the Pico and it was only from the jalapeño. Definitely won't be back during my trip.
