“I like this fast food restaurant. I enjoy the items that they have that aren't standard at most fast food burger places. Like the bacon ranch wrap. The food is always made great at this location. The last two times I was there I waited 15 minutes for my meal. And it was a slow day there were only three customers in the restaurant. Killing a good portion of my lunch break. The burgers are really good. I love the Cajun fries. I love the bacon ranch wrap. It's only they were slightly faster.“

“We went last night and set inside to eat. It was clean with only 2 other people in the restraunt. We ordered a bowl of chili and a sack full of Krystal's extra pickles with 2 waters. They were busy in the drive thru, so it took them a few minutes. They brought our food to the table. Everything was fresh, hot exactly as we ordered it. They did an awesome job last night.“

“We went there for our Anniversary dinner tonight. The food was exceptional. Our server Jonathan was very friendly, knowledgable about the menu. He was also great at making sure our dinner needs were met. All the staff checked on all guests also. I would highly recommend this restuarant.“

“We had a pleasant experience at Applebee's in Hixson, thanks to our server Gary, who provided quick service. The food arrived promptly, and although the queso was a bit runnier than we prefer, it still tasted okay. The Tex-Mex shrimp bowl and chicken quesadilla salad were both tasty, and the triple chocolate melt was a delightful dessert. Just a friendly tip for servers: if you smoke, please make sure not to smell like it when serving customers.“
