“Coming from California I know what good Mexican food is…and this place is on point!! We have been there twice since in the area. The chips are delicious, super thin and crispy…served with some of the best salsa I’ve ever tasted. I’ve ordered Birria tacos both times because they were that good the first time I tried them. Excellent!!! Muy bueno!! Also, their consomé sauce is near perfection. I also tried a shrimp street taco and it was also excellent and served with a pile of grilled onions to top off the taco if you like. Their salsa roja (red hot sauce) for the tacos is super tasty too. Great service, large portions in a cozy authentic environment!! They have a full bar too if you’re looking for a cocktail or margarita to have over your lunch or dinner. I love this place and we’ll be back every time we RV near Hohenwald. Delicious!!!!My lady friend has ordered a veggie chimichanga both times and has also been very happy with it. The rice and beans served on the side are very good too. Enjoy!!“
“I went through the drive-thru for this order, make sure you check for your extras - we had to ask for Sauce and Straws - then got home to also realize they forgot a spoon. The food was ok, other than my Chalup was a little crispy on the bottom.“
