“What a unique place. The inside is gorgeous and the variety of different moonshines made by them are huge. I samples eight different types before deciding on my purchase. Everyone was very good. They also have some mixed drinks and craft beer available. Met the owner and had a nice conversation with him. Everybody was very friendly and the Distillery is dog friendly. They even had a treat for my Lab as I sampled the shine.

She was very rude the first time & second time today as well! She took her time coming to take our orders or to see what we wanted to drink. Never ever had a problem with an wait staff at Don Panchos all were very courteous & nice. She won’t stop us from continuing to go because we love the food & drinks but I don’t ever want her to wait on me!!“

I explained I have a soy allergy and he was extremely knowledgeable about what did and didn’t have soy and he stated they usually spay their steaks with soy spay. I asked they not spray mine and ordered the 8 oz sirloin med rare a loaded baked potato and asparagus…it was cooked to perfection but both mine and Husbands was a little salty. Marilyn, our server, was a great representative for Cheddar’s; prompt with reception & ordering, and a sincere thumb’s up on the food selections. I ordered the whitefish lunch special, and my husband ordered the pork chop dinner- wowza! Impressive!\nWe observed a man deep-cleaning a booth- he sprayed disinfectant the cushioned seats (rare, as most places usually leave the greasy spots) and even used a flashlight (never saw that before!)to thoroughly clean underneath! the booth!! Seeing, thus, confirmed that the management was A+\nOur food was cooked & plated so deliciously. We could not have asked for more- and the hot honey buttered rolls were like having dessert first :)\nDon’t hesitate to stop-in for a fresh, delicious, and very pleasant reasonably-priced meal. “Hey just went out to for lunch at Logan's Roadhose in Jackson. Man Everthing was on point... Went in had no wait, was seated immediately and our drinks orders were taken right away. There were so many choices for Appetizers we order a bunch of them. By the time we got our Entrée's we were quite full. Brylie, our server was most accommodating and made sure our orders were made to our specifications. She kept coming back to make sure all was fine and kept refilling our glasses. The owner Aaron also came by a few times to make sure we were totally happy with our meals. If you look at the pictures below I'm sure you'll see the portions are Plentiful and L@@k Delicious. “It was a pleasant turnaround from our last visit. We hadn't been to Red Robin in Jackson in well over a year because of our last experience. At that time the service was terrible, the food quality had slipped, and it literally broke my heart to come to terms with the diminishing standard.

Today was a complete 180 from our experience last year. Under new management, I spoke with Managing partner, Jeff Brewer, and I gave him and his staff the review they have worked so hard to earn. Chris was our waiter and he was phenomenal! He really went above and beyond to make the experience all that it was meant to be. He was actually the shift supervisor and was out waiting tables, leading by example. I strongly urge people to give Red Robin in Jackson a second chance! They are working hard to restore the image!“

“The food is good, the service is terrible, the waitresses are talking very loudly all the time, they don't serve you, they prepare their food and forget to offer more coffee or anything you need, and finally, when paying, you have to leave them a tip. Because if they start yelling at you in front of other people, it happened to me and I felt attacked by the staff. I think that no one is obliged to leave a tip and this should be earned for the service you offer.“

“Went there for an early dinner. Waitress was busy so another lady took our drink orders which was 2 waters. Our waitress finally appeared and we explained to her that another lady had taken our drink orders but she never delivered them. Our original waitress ended up getting our drinks and then took our order. Evidently the original waitress was slammed with customers but when she was able she did check with us frequently asking us if there was anything else we needed. We will return in the future.“
